The environment is upbeat, positive, and the staff genuinely strives (and succeeds!!) to make customers happy and cared for! The waiting area is also very nice and very clean, which is a great plus! “My car was totaled in an accident. I picked Northside to have AAA tow it to, because their reviews online were stellar. When my insurance company was taking a while giving me info about the process of getting a quote, and basically giving me the runaround, the manager of Northside, Adam, gave me very helpful information on navigating the process. When I called, he would always get back to me very timely, and was sweet, honest and helpful. I appreciated his kindness very much during what was a very stressful time. When the insurance company told me they were totaling the car out as a loss, I went to the shop to collect my belongings out of the car. A lovely employee named Sam helped me get into the car, and offered his assistance with whatever I needed - not leaving me until I said I was all set and could handle the rest myself. After he went back inside, I realized I needed to get things out of the trunk, which I could not get into because the car battery was dead. Sam and another fellow came out, and after being unsuccessful getting the trunk to open, contorted themselves to get into the trunk via the backseat. In other words, every single person I spoke with at Northside really went above and beyond with their customer service. It was **greatly** appreciated, especially at a sad time for me (I was not ready to say goodbye to this car, lol). I would recommend them very highly. I think the world of them.”
