“I came across this store while searching for somewhere to purchase mala beads. I was very impressed by the store set up, cleanliness, friendly staff and selection of items. My favourites were the windchimes, sound bowls, meditation cushions and of course, the mala beads. Super happy with my purchase! I will be returning and recommending this store!”
“I had to buy bathing suits for my daughter for gym class. I asked an employee who was on the floor if they had bathing suits she said no. But I did find two bathing suits and they were the right size for my daughter. They were also a really good price. In this store you have to really look hard for specific things but it is well organized. Also their pricing is very fair and in this economy it's nice to be able to buy for my children at the discounts they have. The cashiers were very friendly and organized. I only gave four stars because the employee I asked about bathing suits did not know that they were in stock.”

“This is the best JC Penney in Rochester, they're always well-stocked with great quality stuff and tons of choices. Easy parking right next to the store. Nice lighting inside the store (unless you're in the petite section, wish the lighting was better there). They still have the cashiers throughout the store as opposed to all at one counter at Eastview, and I like this setup better.”
“Love this Big Lots. Managers and Employees are so friendly. Marie, Manager of Chili; helped my husband and I set up our giant Halloween giant werewolf. Everyone friendly.. Lily is a wonderful cashier as well. Very knowledgeable and greets everyone with a kind smile. Store is clean and well set up with great selections. All Managers are great too!”

“4/19/24: It did not have fancy men's clothes. All practical & plain functional men's offerings. The food section was nicely stocked. The store was orderly & organized well. They had a ?? Korean skincare rack, which was nice.”
“I needed dog treats and stopped by because it was easier than going to other stores. I found the treats at a very reasonable price. I also found some very inexpensive Christmas lights. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly.”
“Adam in Furniture is great!! Very straightforward, direct and to the point. Adam directly lead to a sale of a sectional couch. He helped us buy a couch quickly after we had driven to 3 different stores to track down one specific sectional couch.”
“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”
“Target is the " In Place," to stop and shop, for they have the service and products and special deals and new merchandise not some of the time, but all of the time.
My youngest three granddaughters, Madison (14), Alexandra (10), and Jessica (8), love to shop at Targets. And, my 3 papa's Angels, love shopping at Targets more, if it;s with me.
3-18-24 visited Target in Irondequoit and took my friend Frank for first time.
Frank needed a electric razor and beard trimmer.”

“Love inside of store, but side entrance is always filthy; garbage can overflowing,sticky cement. Today I had to walk around a used condom. I think the store manager should inspect this area every day. From now on I’ll use the automatic doors.”
“Alot of bad reviews for this Walmart. My review is specifically for curbside pickup which I use usually twice a month. They have been quick and efficient. Substitutions are decent when they need do a substitute. I don't get produce from here often, but the produce I have gotten has been fresh and not damaged. The staff members that load the car have been helpful and have not loaded incorrectly.”
“The photographer, Tori, was absolutely fabulous. We had a 3 generations photoshoot with my mother, my son and I. All the photos came out great. I would definitely recommend Tori and JCPENNEY portraits for all your photo shoots!”
“Tatiana cut my hair on August 4, 2025. This is the best cut I've had since 2012 (11 years ago). She's a precision cutter & gifted. If you want a new hair style & aren't sure what you want, no worries. Tatiana has vision. Just a spray down & cut is $25. Totally affordable on a budget. I can't wait to go back! ?”
“Burlington was nice. Organized well. Easy to navigate in the Greece ridge mall. So sad how empty the mall is now but they have these cool things you can ride around the mall now and the carousel still open and running.”

“Supercenter was very efficient but busy. I had a gift card in my phone and they were unable to scan phones anymore. Otherwise Walmart is my go to store. I love it especially for online orders that are delivered.”
“Clean,basic and helpful employees. No Feel of being watched like other stores with beeping gates. The Red of their theme brightens the experience compared to basic concrete floors and skinny islands. I wish the well at this location for years to come. Only minus Is the CVS PHARMACY. CVS pharmacist and clerks are hands down the worst. But compared to other CVS store I will judge the PHARMACY employees but certainly CVS on long pound and other locations has given them a bad reputation”
“This has always been my favorite Walmart in Rochester. It carries some of the best stock and has the friendliest staff as well as fellow shoppers. I love the choices of discount movies and CDs, best Goya frozen products, and this is also the grocery where a fellow customer taught me how to pick avocados. It is my go-to grocery, beauty and everything store in Rochester and I recommend ignoring any assumptions about the neighborhood!”
“Had a great experience today getting four new tires installed. Had an 11:30 a.m. appointment and was out the door by 12:45 p.m. Super nice front desk clerk; called as soon as it was ready to go.”

“Love this store. Its like a TJ Maxx or Marshall's but for more outdoor and active merchandise. Its neatly organized, thry have great deals and all of the stuff is great quality. Name brands and a lot of interesting gear. Everything from toothpaste to purses to camping equipment. Definitely check it out.”
