The ordering process is smooth, with prompt updates when products arrive. Overall, ProSource is considered a reliable, friendly, and professional company that customers plan to return to for future projects.
Excellent selection, and Shawn provided good service at a fair price. Communication/responsiveness was a challenge at times (but was over the holidays). Net result is the carpet is installed and looks and feels great.

Walked in with a lot of questions on my project and walked out with all the answers I needed along with purchasing my carpet for my home. Phil and the staff at the store were all nice and helpful from start to finish. Thank you:)

My friend and carpet professional (Dave Reisinger) sent me to Pro Source to look for carpet and padding. I was treated warmly and given a very good carpet at a very good price. I recommend this firm to everyone.
