“WOW. This is the most incredible place to find good sneakers. They analyze your feet to find the best shoes to correct any issues. If you have pain in your soles after standing a while, they will find sneakers to fix that. Have soreness in your arches? They will find sneakers with added support. The staff is absolutely phenomenal, assisting and building a relationship with each customer. I really cannot recommend this place enough, I will be telling everyone I know about this place!

“I have had problems with my feet for as long as l can remember. The pain has been excruciating for so many years. I recently have been diagnosed with neuropathy which makes it that more painful. I have spent literally thousands upon thousands of dollars trying to find shoes/sneakers that are comfortable. “All of the people who work at this location are SO Nice and Super helpful!!! I haven't come across a mean or unhelpful employee yet!!! And that's saying something for sure:) Especially in today's day and age when everyone is out for themselves or disrespectful to employees and the general population. I'm so glad this store is still standing through the COVID 19 pandemic, when so many of the stores in the Mall have closed. So sad to see good stores closing their doors!!! I hope this location stays open for many, many, many, more years to come. A family favorite for sure!!! My husband and I enjoyed shopping here back when we first starting dating etc. Now, we love coming and getting shoes here for our three children too! My youngest is still a baby but when older; I know we'll be buying shoes here too! There is an Alters in Canandaigua where I used to shop alot. Great store but smaller location with less sale product. I still love this store bc I used to go here alot with my Mom as a kid on up through a young adult. I just choose to go to the Victor location bc it's closer to my House. But I would recommend both locations and this Shoe / Company. Altiers/Shoe Depo have fantastic buys and something literally every one in the family can find and love. :) . Which as a parent; makes my life Soooo much easier when I don't have to go to several different stores to find shoes or the right sizes etc. Especially with the prices of gas! Who can afford to. And you can call and check with some of these places but they won't answer the phone! Altiers Shoe Depo always answer their phones and offer help or solutions. Like, when I called and asked about a specific shoe/boot that they carried and asked if they had my size. And they did! And the nice Lady employee set it aside for me! Great customer service!!! :)”
