I lost the keys to my unit and was expecting it to be a huge hassle. Instead, they had my lock cut, got me a new one, and had me on my way in about 20 minutes for around $20. Dave, the manager, was especially wonderful.

We had a issue with a mover we hired and Pam went out of her way to find us another mover within a few hours. She is a great asset and always willing to help ! I highly recommend them .”

I am saddened that the prices go up when the kids from RIT need to store their furniture for summer till they go back to school in September. This punishes everybody else that needs a storage.
You should have a lower price for seniors, we are on a fixed income and cant afford the price increases”
“Katrina is amazing!
I own a moving company and we rent 1 unit here and 1 at another facility that this company owns. One of our guys left the door to our unit open when grabbing supplies for a job and forgot to close the door. Katrina noticed that our door was open and called me right away to let me know, and then offered to close it up for us.
Self storage often has a reputation of poor customer service (I've been locked inside one before in Churchville and had to call the fire department to take the chain off the gate), but the staff here are on top of it and super friendly.
If you're looking for a storage unit, look no further!”
“So far so good! I've only had it for like an hour now. When I first arrived my unit had been padlocked by someone else but I called and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Got my unit. It's nice and clean and exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to set up online and they have an app which is awesome!”

The reviews are high for a reason - these people go out of their way to make storing your items here simple and easy. I live 7 hours away, have never met the staff in person, but was always able to reach Bill for any questions around billing, accessing the unit, and other inquiries. He responds almost immediately and the story never changes over time. Will continue to use them in the future for any other storage needs.”
