We were a little nervous, because our son brought her in and we weren't sure that all our requests on style of haircut would be met. We should NOT have worried. She got a fantastic haircut and some issues that we forgot to mention (like cutting the hair below the ear extra-short to allow more air into the ear to decrease risk of infection) were appropriately addressed. Very, very happy with her haircut. I can't imagine going anywhere else, even though it is pricey.

163 Ulster Ave, SaugertiesHelpful and kind! Never rude. Took my dog there 15 years before he passed. Now my cat is a patient. Good and sometimes untraditional treatments. Herbal medicine helped my dog when he hurt his neck and poor thing cried in pain until taking cervical formula powder. When we came back a second visit because the problem wasn't immediately obvious they didn't charge me a week later when the solution was found. Offered holistic medicine for my cats hot spots and dietary suggestions such as feeding her duck. I have tried other vets since moving outside the village and was consistently disappointed to say the least. Excellent veterinary services at Saugerties Animal Hospital!

We don't have great Italian food where I live, so I was very excited to eat here — and my expectations were high. We shared the special appetizer, fried mozzarella, and then the lobster pasta and chicken limone, and then tiramisu for dessert. All of it was outstanding! Plus we just enjoyed being able to sit and linger, the service was great. Wish we were closer!

Binas lamb is some of the best we’ve ever had even better than some of the places in the city. The lamb and rice is phenomenal, the chicken tikka is phenomenal, lamb gyro with fresh pita. Can’t beat the quality at binas - 10/10. They do it right here

3101 Rte 9W, SaugertiesMy first time to Sue's as a local in the neighborhood, I was greeted my Fred with a friendly smile. I was on my lunch break so I ordered to go. Fred suggested the chicken cutlet hero. My order was in quickly, while I enjoyed the Yankee game at the bar on big HD flatscreens. My sandwich was delicious, real cutlet lightly breaded, with very fresh bread. Sue's is a local gem, classy decor, a comfortable environment.

150 Partition St, SaugertiesSo my son plays junior football and this was a treat after a brutal loss. My husband and I always try to support local establishments and this day was no different. The place is gorgeous and pretty spacious. It was not too crowded when we went on a Sunday afternoon and that was great for us.
My husband had the seadog, which is an ipa battered piece of cod served on a hoagie with classic coleslaw. He was teetering the line between that and a black bean burger and believed he made the right choice. He said the fish was perfectly seasoned and perfect accompaniment to the soft yet crunchy hoagie.
I had the southwest salad and it was the epitome of what I think salads are, an arranged bowl of flavors and textures. From the dried corn kernels to the julienned carrots to the perfectly dressed romaine leafs, it did not disappoint. I love how they bring the salads out in 2 bowls so that you can toss and dump it into the other one. Presentation was immaculate.
My son devoured the coconut shrimp and side of sweet potato fries, while my daughter happily enjoyed her pickings from everyone’s plate.
A great place to get a bite to eat.
