“Tyesha is the best! She's a one woman show and goes above and beyond. While I was waiting for my prints she was able to help a costumer with their 125lb package. I was at the FedEx store earlier in the day and the store was very busy and she was calmly and diligently helping all the costumers. She spotted me on the side away from the very long line and quickly helped me with a few printing questions I had.”

“I had been battling an issue with my address for several years where the address that is listed on my deed did not coincide with the address in your system. I had gone back and forth between the Town and the Post Office for many years trying to get this issue fixed. On Tuesday September 5, 2023, I went to the Hartsdale Post Office and was greeted cheerfully by the new Postmaster Denise. I explained my issue to her and gave her some documents to substantiate my claim. She told me she would look into it and asked if I could provide her a copy of my deed. The next day I returned with the deed, she updated me with the information she was able to gather so far and rather then send ME back to the Town Hall as all the other managers had done in the pass she went there and met with the Town assessor. On Friday September 8, Denise called and informed me my issue had finally been fixed and added properly in the Postal Service database. I cried tears of joy and couldn't thank her enough. I asked her for the contact information of the highest person in the post office so I could personally give her the praise she deserves but she told me I should use this web address to document my satisfaction. Although I'd much rather had the opportunity to speak with her superior and share my experience. I hope this is shared with she and her superiors and she is recognized for her outstanding customer care. I have to say you can definitely tell this office is under new management. Even the old employees greet you with courtesy and respect. They are helpful with good attitudes. Denise is good for this office. I hope she stays.”
