“Stopped by the Fresh Meadows spectrum store to take advantage on the mobile plans that they have. I wanted to find out if switching over my 4 lines was worth it. Thankfully one of the employees named Ty was there to help us. I took a while, but that was expected since I had to change over 4 lines. This guy and the staff for this store was so awesome. Ty was even scheduled for his break and refused to go on break until the process was completed. If your thinking about switching over or even for your home service thuis branch is the place to go. The staff are nice, genuine and caring. Ty rocks!!!!!!”

“James hooked me up. 5 stars! Like an idiot, i accidentally dropped an allen key wrench set on my phone screen. Screen wouldnt turn on. Found this place nearby around 3pm. Had my phone back by 7pm. I was lucky the parts they needed were available. I'm sure it normally isn't that quick, but James hooked me up. Phone like brand new.”
“A short stop+a quick word to review. I had to come out and replace and upgrade my old Galaxy Z Flip 3 to the newer Z Flip 6. The top of my Z Flip 3 had stopped functioning so therein lies the reason for the stop. Justin was the rep that helped me out and was patient. Unfortunately, they didnt have the phone in the particular color that I was seeking and I had to go to the Kings Plaza location, but that didnt stop Justin from being helpful. He let me keep USB-C dongle that allowed me to use a mouse to access the top apps on my phone. He also helped me set up my Z Flip 3 replacement phone that I received. A good rep all around. Thanks Justin!”
“I returned from an international trip to JFK and panicked because I did something wrong trying to go from my international esim to my phone's sim and I simply couldn't get my phone to work at all. I had the uber from JFK drive me straight to the 82nd St store on my way home and Erika quickly and patiently fixed it for me. Very relieved. 5 stars”
“Excellent experience with Maurice! He was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate his honesty and how he was able to share his own experience as a T-mobile user with my husband and I. He shared with us the plans available and wasn’t pushy with having us chose one or the other, rather he told us everything as it is and showed us pros and cons or each. He was courteous and tried to get everything done efficiently, with care and quickly. He helped us switch from Verizon to T-mobile and we hope the phone service was be just as amazing as their customer service here. Thank you so much Maurice!”
“This place is the best cell phone store I have ever been to. Everything that Fahim said they would do ACTUALLY happened the exact way they promised and he is always continuing to follow up even after the transaction is finished. We love you Fahim you're the best!...Mr Ahsan the manager comes in like Superman to help people regardless of the situation they have. We came from AT&T and will never go back. Service is better, people are nicer and this specific location is like a secret hidden gem. Seriously, you must go see for yourself. Positive energy in this store with people that truly care to help.
