But when I look for kids' sizes a bit older, the prices are a bit much compared to finding stuff in other stores.”

The ladies room needs to be kept cleaner & better stocked with toilet paper, soap & paper towels so we could properly wash & dry our hands, yet, it's better than no ladies room. But here's the thing that irritates me the most about that JCPenney, for reasons I do not know, the men's dressing room is closed & the men now use the woman's dressing room!!!! OH HELL NO!!! This has been going on for a while now. I no longer try on any clothing in JCPenney. In today's world, that practice is just WRONG! So ladies, watch your back when using the dressing room.
