My puggle Layla is very nervous & skeptical but Julie took her time to let Layla roam around the salon before her appointment to warm up, and I didn't feel rushed when dropping her off. Julie's dog comes to work with her and she's a doll too! At other salons, I've picked up my dog after the appointment and she's visibly distressed for the rest of the day. Julie called me to let me know Layla was close to being done and when I arrived, Layla was hanging out behind the desk, comfortable behind a playpen gate (but not in a kennel) next to Julie while Julie was working on her next dog client. Layla was happy and has never looked better! Julie books pretty far out, but if you make your next appointment when checking out, you'll have no issues. we can't wait to visit again!

64 Midland Pl #2420, TuckahoeWe said goodbye to our 13yr old lab/pit Eli… he was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma and we were running out of time. The dr helped us make the right choice and was so gentle with our boy as we said goodbye. We are so glad we honored him and his goodbye in such a comfortable and loving way at home. 10/10 recommend if you need a personal goodbye and to take your time getting closure. Thank you for everything.

20 Depot Square, TuckahoeWonderful Veterinarian! Very caring Doctors and Staff. Bernadette makes it a point to call us and check in on Lola, which we so appreciate! Kat and Michelle at the front desk are also highly skilled at their jobs. Super clean and well lit waiting room. Backroom staff that helps with the care of the animals are also very caring, compassionate people too.

72 Marbledale Rd, TuckahoeWe bring our dog here 1x/week to get him out of the house and with other dogs. He has loved it from the very first day and gets so excited any time my husband drops him off (and doesn’t like leaving when I get him haha). The staff is always so kind and you can tell they each truly love the dogs that go there. They know so many by the owners that pick them up and always say great things about our dog. They are a gem! We are sending our dog for boarding in April and had tons of questions and Tiffany answered each one and took her time to make sure I was comfortable knowing everything about how that side of their business works!

307 Columbus Ave, TuckahoeService here is always great. It can take a little while, but everyone is so friendly that I never mind waiting. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. I came to pick up breakfast but ended up eating in with my son, and the staff was so sweet--they offered plates and silverware so we wouldn't have to eat out of the takeout containers. The bagels are perfectly fluffy and chewy, and the sandwiches I've had are always generously stuffed. Prices might seem a bit high, but for the consistent quality and genuinely kind service, I'm happy to pay a little extra.
