New Rochelle Animal Hospital
98 North Ave, New RochelleThe staff and Dr are friendly, kind and treat things with a touch of humor. My little fur ball hates going to the vet but that normal for most pets. The take you seriously and listen to you concerns. Bottom line is I trust them to help the little guy when he needs it. I’d definitely recommend them.

ANC Veterinary Dental Center
1 Cottage Pl, New RochelleAbsolutely the best.Let me start by saying that I’m a crazy person who treats my dog like a human baby. I love her more than anything in the world. She also has terrible teeth, common to her micro-breed. (Little dogs = little teeth = tiniest bit of decay can destroy a tooth in a blink.)Dr. Surgeon and his assistant Maria are AMAZING. The office is small and intimate and so welcoming and warm. The technology they use is state of the art and the doctor even showed me how the various imagining machines worked, and he explained in detail what he saw and what he did. He was so kind and thorough and honestly— I didn’t think they made doctors like this anymore. He’s like someone from a totally different era; so wise and decent. He told me “I still do this because I love the animals” and that’s clearly true.Maria was also so warm and loving to my little dog and I could tell my pup felt truly comfortable and at ease with her. I was so nervous about having my dog’s teeth dealt with but Dr. Surgeon and Maria honestly could not have done more to put my mind completely at ease.DO NOT HESITATE to bring your dog here. And please note, anyone who has left a bad review (go ahead and read them) is complaining solely about money. Well; no, it’s not cheap to have your animal go under anesthesia and have complicated surgical procedures performed. That’s why there’s pet insurance. I’m sorry if it’s going to cost you a lot, but that’s not a reason to blast a truly gifted and deeply caring doctor. No one can possibly have anything bad to say about how their animal was treated here, because it’s impossible to imagine Maria and Dr. Surgeon reacting to any creature with anything less than total professionalism and love. So glad I found them and so happy to be able to return for cleanings in the future.

Curry N Wok
642 B North Ave, New RochelleSo impressed with the delicious food and beautiful presentation. My husband loved the Veggie Pakoras and the Masala Dosa. The waiter was very friendly and made note to not use ghee on the Coconut Naan and Masala Dosa when my husband told him he is vegan. I loved the Tandoori Chicken, best I've tasted and so tender! We look forward to trying other dishes from their extensive menu on our next visit.

Pop's Espresso Bar
7 Huguenot St, New RochelleI love this place. They have won awards for their avocado toast and when you try it you’ll see why. Everything tastes homemade and made with love. I love their espresso too. 3 stars for service because I had an incident where I was given non gluten free bread once and also cheese when I asked for none as I have both food intolerances which cause massive widespread inflammation for me that can last weeks into months. The person I spoke dealt with did not apologize/seemed annnoyed and it happened both times with her. However, it’s such a rare find to find a place with such good food and GF options for me (coming from the BX) that I wound up going back and it hasn’t happened since. Everyone there knows me now and automatically knows what I order but I just think people need to take food allergies and concerns much more seriously than they do. The atmosphere is cute and it’s a nice place to read a book or work on your laptop.Dietary restrictions: If you have food allergies, mention it 3 times. Triple confirm they understand.

Amara Froyo
624 North Ave, New RochelleImportant to note they charge by cup size and per topping. I didn’t know this when I put a tiny bit of froyo in a cup, and a very small amount of 2 toppings, to see $9.37. If it were simply weighed (as it is in other shops), would’ve been <$6. I think this place is only potentially worth it if you fill your cup up and add a lot of one topping…
