“I have been a city bus driver in Utica for almost 20 years. I love the Dari-Del in East Utica! The folks are all so friendly, so helpful and accommodating! Their sub sandwiches are great! The rolls are amazing and they don't use cheap ingredients or skimp on the sandwich. The fish fries, on Friday, ALL YEAR LONG, are the best in town! Believe me, I've eaten most of the other ones. They also do a fish sub sandwich with all kinds of toppings that is amazing! Small Town USA store with a local flare that just can't be beat!”
“Good subs. Great deli meats. Nice little place. Green Mountain coffee to go, ice slushies, lotto tickets. Neighborhood corner store. Just the basic groceries - but avoid the big stores when you just need a couple things.”
“This store is my favorite the partners who work there has been nothing but friendly and kind. I didn’t see my favorite kind of ice cream in the case and a worker was sure happy to go in the back to see if they had it in the back they did and I got my ice cream. Way to go guys keep up the hard work.”

“The bad: The size of this gas station is smaller than other FastTrac sites. 8 cars max can fill up at same time, but in practice much less, because the lanes are congested. Bad congestion at the station itself when busy. Since shop is smaller, less choices of food and snack items. The good: The location is very convenient though, and there are plenty of entrances, exits, and a traffic light. Store workers do their job well. Free digital air pump for tire inflation.”
“Always clean location. I stopped in twice for a sub, and it's been relatively busy around lunch time. My man rodrick always handles a busy day with a professional attitude and turns a gas station sub into something great. Go in and see rodrick !”

“Always a welcoming store from the respectful staff, kudos to whoever manages the store as I’ve had nothing and witnessed nothing but good encounters with each member of staff when they are addressing anyone’s service.
Am impressed with the upkeep for the past year or so, as I have noticed the trash people leave behind but see a constant effort from the staff with the upkeep outside and the inside of the store.
Why do I return?—-> There was an occurrence that I witnessed, a few local bums (if I had to guess) were being very disrespectful and racist as soon as they came in the store. I believe it was the manager who was the one who address the situation, I was very impressed in his actions as I’m not sure I would’ve had it in me to address it that with the way he did, having the manner of a true leader as he ignored the “quiet chatter” at first but when they continued, the manager showcased his response and it was very clear, calm, direct in a respectful manner- saying that they do not tolerate this kind of behavior here. I don’t think he wanted to cause a scene at first but everyone was rooting him on and thanking him for how he handled it.
Needless to say, this guy/manager sure made me feel safe and I will always be a returning customer, it’s hard not to be with the staff and products this store offers!!”

“It's a gas station, No it's a store... For me store first, gas station second... Love the Byrne Dairy; ice cream, milk in a bottle, chocolate milk in a bottle, and the eggs! All so fresh, and so good. Their coffee and donuts beats those other places too! Give it a shot lmk what you think.”

“We were in here this morning and Terrence was absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. What a sweet employee! I will definitely come back to this store just because of the service. He's a keeper very helpful and knowledgeable very customer oriented he helped several customers while we waited a few minutes for him to cook our pizza. I'm sure you have had other people comment on his helpfulness and kindness if not that's a shame. We appreciate Terriance”

“Never have to wait to cash out, I like how when you cash out the little touch screen asks to rate something about the store, like the cleanliness, the restroom, how Easy it was to find what you needed, wait time ect. More stores should do this!!”

“This gas station has a lane in back of the store for diesel trucks to fill up one way in & one way out for them as it is a one way street on each side of this lane. Normal gas station items. They do have a pizza station in this location. Usually clean & nice employee's”

“It's a Fastrac. Expectations not super high.Clean, lots of things to buy, reminds me of a combination AM/PM and 7-Eleven mash-up but granted I was visiting from Los Angeles and had never been to Fastrac before.We loaded up with snacks and drinks for a roadtrip back to the city and everything was as you would expect.Not only were the cashiers super friendly but one guy working the coffee machines let me have my coffee for free because "the red light is on, the coffee is passed it prime" lol that still tickles me thinking back on it. And to top it off, the coffee was fine!Would definitely come back next time we're in Utica.”

“The new pharmacist there knows his stuff. I called about some side effects of medications that both my wife and I were having and he immediately knew the problems and what course of treatment was necessary. After speaking to my doctor and making the recommended changes from both them and Anes we were feeling better. He also speaks bosnian which is a major plus.”

“The pharmacist Rene is awesome she's been with Walgreens for 18 years very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you takes the time to explain any questions. I get all my vaccines. The Walgreens app is very good and keeps a record of all your vaccinations to show show your doctors in one convenient spot. Again, Rene is an extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful pharmacist.”
