And I had to come in the next day, which I wasnt happy about. I explained to Elizabeth the situation and informed me nothing couldn't really be done due the weekend but she did the impossible. “I have been using the Pomona branch of Chase Bank now for the past four years and couldn't be happier. There is almost never a line at the windows and the tellers are always pleasant and helpful. When I walk into the bank, I am often pleasantly greeted by the employees who always make me feel welcomed. I had previously been using the Spring Valley branch, where the employees were generally pleasant, but there were nearly always long lines. At the Pomona branch, I am usually in and out within five minutes. It is always a pleasure doing business with them.”

“I received a warm welcome as I entered the branch by the staff. Shaq greeted me with a smile. Diane and Dan offered me coffee as I sat with Shaq. I explained that my elderly mother and I were looking for a new bank in the Hillsdale area. Shaq asked if I had time to go over the options for accounts. Being asked that question was refreshing because I am a caregiver. Oh, the CD rates were good too. She was knowledgeable and caring. She listened to my financial needs before setting an appointment to open our accounts.
Lastly, She introduced me to Dan the Manager and Diane Senior banker. I felt at home there.”

They do give you better short term rate, than other banks. In addition, credit repair advisory is their specialty.

“I have been with this bank for 2 years. I was definitely not bank smart, thus I lacked in terminology and wisdom. Thus after being scammed by several financial companies over the years, I had my doubts. This bank was patient in helping me through the process which is actually simple. My money made the interest they stated. Easy Peasy. However the one place they lack is they do not inform you if interest rates go down on your account, which only happened twice. So you need to watch your account monthly. Other banks do the same but not all. Then you have to make a decision. They phone is answered by people at the bank not overseas which was a definite plus these days.”
