I had come to this location specifically to return a Wi-Fi router, as I had learned from my previous visit that not all Verizon stores handle this task. Anthony took care of my request promptly and without any hassle, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of Verizon's policies and procedures.
What truly stood out, however, was Anthony's exceptional customer service. He not only facilitated the return of my router but also took the time to address a few additional questions I had about my Verizon services.
