“This Kohl’s feels a bit larger than others I’ve visited, which is a nice plus. Customer service is located in the back corner, which can be a little out of the way, but the staff was friendly and helpful. One of the biggest improvements is the recent renovation, especially in the front of the store. They’ve consolidated all the registers into one section, which makes checkout much more efficient. The store is well-organized, and overall, I had a great shopping experience.”

“Came to replace some Coach slides and did an exchange for some Mac makeup . First and foremost sale lady was amazing in helping me but she was by herself. There was about 10 people needing her help yet she killed it multitasking her responsibilities. Yet it bothered me that their were employees around not doing anything. I'm aware they have sections but it's just not fair for that one employee doing all the work. I think Mac section definitely needs another girl.”

“Love this store its always has great finds. If you take the time and look and actually walk around slowly and a few times you always find something in an aisle that you didn't see the first time. Being a credit car holder with them will definitely provide great rewards for future buys.”
“They have been at this location since I was a kid. They sell clothes at really affordable prices and most of them are pretty good quality. Downstairs your find appliances and school supplies. Clothing on the main floor and upstairs house hold items like pots and pans.”

“I often visit Burlington stores in different states. And I have something to compare it to. I was here on Sunday evening. Honestly, I don't like it when a store is in a basement. The store isn't very big. It's very disorganized, and a lot of things are lying around on the floor, not put away. I quickly found things for my daughter. They really do have a lot of interesting children's things and they have good discounts. But when I saw a long line and that it was moving slowly, I had to leave my things and leave; I'm not ready to waste my time on that. Overall, I recommend the store.”
