“When I was a little girl my grandpa would always bring me here to get candy. He died in 2007 and I had not visited Montford for a while after his funeral. I thought surely the convenience store wasn't there anymore. In July 2020, I had my grandpa on my mind and longed to see his old house so I decided to visit Asheville. Stopped by this store and hit big on a scratch-off! Anyway, the people are still very friendly and the store is a community staple. I hope it never goes away.”
“This place has everything that you could need or want including delicious breakfast sandwiches and other hot food. I’ve driven out of my way for their hot and fresh breakfast food. I just had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it’s a total 5/5. If you need cat food, they got it, if you need beans, they got it, if you need an energy drink, they got it!”
“Locals call this gas station Green Dot I'm clueless as to why. I know they were taken over by new owners Shell I believe so the stores changed a bit but for the better in my opinion. There staff is always very helpful & kind to all it's customers. They also are very knowledgeable about the area & the surrounding area so they're great with helping those who need a little help to find their way to their destination. The store is always clean & stocked with all your basic items a gas station would have.”

“This is a really great place. The store is clean and the people are friendly. I stopped by at 7:30 this morning, and when I checked out, Eric was super friendly. Every time I've been there everyone has been really nice.”
“Taylor is always attentive and an asset to the company, unfortunately, she is on vacation and although I stop here very regularly, if the employee working 8/29/2024 at 7:00 PM (I believe it is Amanda) is ever working when I come in, I will not spend a dime.
It takes ALOT for me to write a poor review, which is why this review is because of Taylor Only.
Maybe she had a bad day, maybe she’s working too much but customer facing positions are crucial. Ask “her”, Amanda I believe. what happened.”
“I always stopped in this store on my daily walk with Goose. I would get a nice cold glass coke & the sweet lady would always open it & give me a napkin to go along with it. They are very sweet & a great local family market. Goose also made friends with their dog. Support your local vendors!”
“I love the staff here, they are better than any of the others in town.Every time I go in there it's always a friendly greeting. The managers and clerks get along well which is wild to me cause every gas station I have worked at, the boss is rude and inconsiderate. But I can sense a real good energy from staff and boss and customers. Some of these negative comments, I was there for at least one and the customer became..... Mega Karen and they had to defuse it.”
“This place has just about EVERYTHING! You can select great cigars or find cigarettes. You can find household goods, toiletries, drinks, snacks, food, etc. Great vibes and one of the few places open late to handle any last minute needs while traveling!”

“great store its practically a shopping center with all the independent businesses right there. you can get gas and a snack buy horse feed and see a mechanic. My favorite part is the gun store next door its amazing very friendly staff they carry everything even flame throwers”

“This is a great has station for those who are traveling. It's easy to find, right of the exit, not confusing to get back on the interstate, service is generally fast or steadily flowing, and the staff is well educated on the surrounding areas if you're not able to find the place you going to. Their prices are about average or around the same as the next station. Clean with restrooms and a drive thru car wash.”

“Food is one of the best I have tasted in asheville. Gave 4stars because my portions seem smaller every time I come here. At least the tacos and quesadillas. Not a huge deal but kept me from the 5stars. Will be back for sure. YUM”

“I don't use this bp very often but I do like that cash and card are the same price. They usually aren't the cheapest in town for fuel but usually competitive. They have a decent amount of pumps and I usually don't have to wait long to fill up.”

“Great store. Clean, neat, generally friendly staff. On this night, Tuesday August 25th at 900pm, the lights over the gas pumps are virtually off. Makes place look closed. Young lady who waited on me said whn I asked, " it's been like that the last few nights " . Only 3 lights of roughly 15 liights on over gas pumps. Not inviting”
