“Every single employee at this location is pleasant, kind and helpful. Within a matter of a week, my family and I have come back to this particular location 3 times and ordered between 1 to 3 pairs of Fenty x Creepers shoes each time. The staff has gone above and beyond to go to the back to grab different colors and sizes for myself and my family as our sizes are typically never on the floor and also notify us about any promotions or size conversions. Even when the scan has stated they may not have it in the store the employees would still go and check the stock room. I would highly suggest going to this location as they also keep it very clean and organized! Great job to the staff at this location.”

“I gave 4 stars because the three ladies working at the store could.care.less. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in the store despite the fact that two were at the register with no customers around and another was to the left of the door. All 3 were doing stuff on their phone.
Luckily we found what we wanted quickly but my goodness. I could have walked out with merchandise and I honesty doubt they would have noticed.
This store would be perfect if the employees acted like they wanted to be there. I felt like I was interrupting them honesty. It was very awkward.”

“Unbelievably great customer service ! I came by on Thursday to make an exchange. And their gate wouldn’t open at opening time… The employee standing outside was so kind and helpful. While we waited, he was checking to see if the sizes we need to exchange for were available. He even went and got a bag for me to put my exchange in so I could shop at other stores while we waited for them to open”

“I had an outstanding experience at New Balance Factory store. I entered and Jerry greeted me and asked how he could help me. He took me to my size and pulled out all the 7.5 wide shoes in the color I wanted. I wear a large brace so he removed the intersole from all the left shoes and waited patiently as I tried on each pair! This is the best customer service I have ever had! I know where I will heading back to when I need new shoes!”
“I couldn’t find the survey so i’m writing this. I went to this location at the Outlets and I had amazing customer service from Shynequa she was so kind and welcoming she helped me pick out pairs of shoes for my birthday 10/10 for her !! I wish her the best!!”

“Huge shout out to Chandler who took my layover and outfitted me with shirts, shorts, had pants shipped to me and helped me find a new briefcase. But it wasn't just that he helped me get all of those great things but the way he explained the differences between items, understood what I liked from past purchases and really help me see what I wanted in a new briefcase while I tried everyone in the store (literally trying my actual stuff in each different kind of bag).

“This Carter's is located in the Premier Outlets off I-485 south bound. The staff here are always nice and friendly and they keep the store very neat and organized. Most of their clothes are cute and afford. I love all their onesie pjs, especially the fleece ones; they're soft and warm for cold winter months! The only thing I haven't been able to find here are thick two piece pjs. All the ones they offer are super thin. I need the thick ones for my toddler who kicks her blanket off at night and I always find her curled up in a ball in the morning.”

She was understanding and provided me with multiple options. I ended up purchasing 2 very comfortable pair of shoes. She made the difference in my experience buying at that store. “I love finding boutiques!I found this place by accident one day as I was running errands, and did a quick peek for a wedding theme color. Although I didn't find the color I needed, I knew I wanted to come back.When I finally came back to shop, I had such a wonderful experience!I was greeted warmly, had a fitting room started for me, and was tempted to buy half the store!I came back another day for some pieces I didn't purchase the previous time, but they were gone :(There's a sort of thrill and disappointment at seeing the limited availability. Creates a sort of shopping rush to the experience!However, I did notice not all the staff are as warm as I experienced on my first shopping experience there.The last time I went, one staff member, short hair and bright blue contacts, wouldn't even make eye contact with me, and hardly spoke a word.”
