“Been looking for a upgrade for my girlfriends phone and to lower my bill as a Verizon customer since 1995. T Mobile has been pursuing us aggressively with better plans, phones, etc....
Long story short I met Chase several years ago and we went to see him this weekend and did not disappoint. He got my girlfriend a good deal on a new phone and lowered both of our monthly bills.
Chase is a master of his craft and no high sales pressure, just good customer service. We appreciate you Chase and also Rynell for assisting and saving us time, while Chase was busy with other people.

She knew exactly what she was talking about, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process easy. “I am on a family plan that I have had ongoing issues with and have made multiple trips to other stores to try to correct, but with no success. Today, I went to this location at Caitlin was fantastic! She listened to what I was experiencing, sat down with me and went well out of her way to try to solve the issue. She was kind, funny, and had the patience of a Saint. Not only did she listen to me, but had the courtesy to get on speakerphone with the family account holder and displayed outstanding professionalism despite being interrupted on the phone multiple times and not treated very well.
Verizon is lucky to have Caitlin, please give her the kudos she deserves! She is a true asset!”

But I have never been treated or helped as amazingly as I was by Audrena! She is an absolute gem and a true asset to your company. Her level of care, patience, and customer service was exceptional.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with AT&T’s phone customer service. It was incredibly frustrating. After spending a very long time working with the first associate, I was cold-transferred without warning. On top of that, my husband and I had already gone through the lengthy security process so that I could conduct business on the account—something that is consistently one of the most frustrating parts of dealing with AT&T.
The difference between that experience and the service Audrena provided was night and day. Your phone customer service needs serious improvement, but Audrena deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond. She completely turned an awful experience around, and I cannot say enough good things about her! 💜💜”

“We went to the T-Mobile store on Carolina Beach Road this morning. I can't say enough nice things about Devin. We told her what we needed, which was to transfer all of our data from old phones to new phones, which we bought through T-Mobile website, and she expertly (and quickly) did exactly what we wanted. While we were there, several other customers came in and she was the only one there. She handled all of us in a timely and friendly manner without getting stressed. We have been with US Cellular for over 30 years, and since it switched to T-Mobile, we've been very happy with the service so far and very happy with the service we received from Devin at this location!”
“Came in with a water damaged screen that could not turn on. I took it to Danny and he seamlessly fixed it in 2 hours. Phone was as good as new! He fitted my new case for me, showed me the updates on the phone, and was very kind and polite! His shop is very calming and a wonderful atmosphere. This is the best phone repair I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!!”

“I came in last Saturday to upgrade my phone. Alex helped me with my upgrade and he is very kind and knowledgeable. I ended up being locked out of my Apple ID, but he was very patient with me and still tried to help me. While I was there, Alex had been alone and I watched him multitask for about two hours, helping various customers. If you go for any needs I highly recommend Alex! Thank you buddy!”
“Matthew was amazing from start to finish he explained everything well and clearly and anwsered all of the questions that I had, he took care of me and made sure I got the best deals possible. T mobile had a issue across a ton of stores and I was not able to wait around for it to get fixed, so Matthew put my new phone aside and notified me when the issue was resolved.
