“I want to let everyone know that this store is the absolute best when it comes to customer service. I’ve been with Boost Mobile for 13 years and have stepped into numerous locations. However, this one is just so much different. They go above and beyond to help you understand and always tries to get you the best deal they can. The manager CJ is always multitasking and his group of employees are on the same track to do the same. You can tell he is close with them. I stayed in the store for over two hours, but it wasn’t because they were taking long. It was because I was asking questions and not once did any of them make me feel like I was a bother. Y’all fellas keep up the good work and one day you three need to teach me some Spanish. thanks again, fellas.”

“Each time I've visited Boost Mobile's 17th Street location, whether to get help with a problem or to get an upgrade, the service has been great, especially when I've been assisted by Lexi, the store manager.
Lexi acknowledged my presence as soon as I entered the store. Then, while completing a task for another customer, took my information and assured me my wait wouldn't be much longer. It wasn't.
Finally, she very quickly helped me find the phone I needed at the price I requested.

“Came in with a water damaged screen that could not turn on. I took it to Danny and he seamlessly fixed it in 2 hours. Phone was as good as new! He fitted my new case for me, showed me the updates on the phone, and was very kind and polite! His shop is very calming and a wonderful atmosphere. This is the best phone repair I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!!”

I decided to stop into T-Mobile at 5601 Carolina Beach Road to finally make the switch to IOS. I was greeted by Julia, and she listened to what I wanted. “My old iPhone was no longer charging, it was Friday night at 5pm, I needed to drive up to Raleigh for my daughter’s graduation early Saturday morning. The chat bots and online support at the Verizon site was less than satisfying. I walked into Verizon at Waterford and Elia was able to help me resolve the issue! She was courteous, professional, and was able to sell me and set up my iPhone 17 before closing the shop that evening.
