Dray listened to us and immediately presented multiple options while trying to help us stay conscious of what we’re spending. Pricing and financing was transparent and the team was very helpful getting us all the information for multiple options to weigh all the choices. Overall a fantastic experience with the team welcoming and entertaining our newborn and making accommodations for him to feed and nap while we got everything worked out. “The staff here is amazing! Not only are they very helpful but very compassionate as well. On 2/10/24 someone ran into the back of my vehicle and then tried to speed off and sideswiped me and caused me to run straight into the electrical pole directly in front of this store. Rihanna an employee there immediately came out to see if I was okay. My 5 month baby Chihuahua was so traumatized that she ran away from the scene. Rihanna didn’t hesitate and ran straight across the road to try to rescue her. My sweet baby girl returned home safely 3 days later but Rihanna didn’t hesitate at all to help out! Such a sweet and compassionate young lady. I was completely shook up due to the accident and my puppy running away that Rihanna went and got me water and kept offering her support. She went over and beyond making sure that I was okay and offered me several hugs which I will forever be grateful for! This young lady is a gem!! Also there was a gentleman there who had lost his sweet Chihuahua who was very compassionate about mine running away that he needs special recognition as well. They all went over and beyond with customer service, love, support, & understanding that everyone in that store that night needs a raise if they haven’t already got one! They helped me out with their love beyond Advance Auto Services that showed me that there is still quite a few kind and good hearted people left in this world! Words can’t express how grateful I am for the staff there at this location! Thank you all so much!!!!!”

“I went there to have a dashcam installed on my 2022 Chevy Equinox. I had made the mistake of getting the wrong dashcam from Amazon. I wanted a dashcam that was both forward and rear facing. I didn't not articulate myself correctly as to where I wanted to have the dashcam installed. When they brought my car around after finishing the job, they had installed it where the manufacturer had suggested. I had brought this to the attention of the installer and physically pointed out where I wanted it. He took it back and remounted it in a very short time. That is why I am giving them 5 stars, for customer service. When I get the correct dashcam that I truly want, I will be returning to have the current one uninstalled and the new one installed.”
