“Battery wasn’t working in our F350 truck . Husband was stranded with building materials he had just loaded. He called me to come and get the battery from him (was still under warranty from O’Reilly’s) so he could stay with our truck. I took the battery to O’Reilly’s to have them check out/exchange. Amber checked it and quickly got me a replacement battery which Robert was kind enough to carry to my car for me. Took the new battery to my husband and he was back on the road again, bringing the materials home. Amber and Robert were both courteous and professional in assisting me. “We are so happy we found ATD! We have an air conditioner in our home that is too small and it doesn't always keep up. With the cost of a second system as well as the ducting to go with it, the cost was in the upper thousands. ATD was able to install a UV coating on all of our windows in our home and the change has been absolutely astonishing! Our electric usage dropped 20% in the same day as installation.

“I went there to have a dashcam installed on my 2022 Chevy Equinox. I had made the mistake of getting the wrong dashcam from Amazon. I wanted a dashcam that was both forward and rear facing. I didn't not articulate myself correctly as to where I wanted to have the dashcam installed. When they brought my car around after finishing the job, they had installed it where the manufacturer had suggested. I had brought this to the attention of the installer and physically pointed out where I wanted it. He took it back and remounted it in a very short time. That is why I am giving them 5 stars, for customer service. When I get the correct dashcam that I truly want, I will be returning to have the current one uninstalled and the new one installed.”
