“This location is always well organized and clean, and the staff is always friendly. It is a little more money than other places in a lot of categories, but I always find it worth it for specialty items. They have the best selection of gluten free items in the area, both in variety and the brands they have. Their bakery is also the best in the area for gluten free baked goods (their GF chocolate cupcakes are the absolute best- they taste just like regular non-GF bakery cupcakes).”
“Great to run in and grab quality things. My favorite is the chicken pot pie! Also their deserts & fruit pies are great. Love the premade pasta salads, egg salad, tuna salad, homemade pimento cheese... awesome to keep in the fridge for the wk for a quick snack. (The hot food bar is always very good too!)”

Zaw consistently goes out of his way to help customers, ensuring that their experience is nothing short of excellent. There was one particular evening that stands out, which happened to be his daughter's birthday. Despite the fact that his daughter was waiting for him to finish his shift, Zaw graciously stayed past his working hours to prepare sushi for our daughter (even though we told him he did NOT need to do this and urged him to go home to his family!). This act of kindness and dedication is just one example of the many times Zaw has exceeded our expectations.
What makes Zaw even more remarkable is his ability to recognize all the members of our family whenever we come to the sushi counter, despite the numerous customers he sees daily. This personal touch is a testament to his attentiveness and genuine care for his customers.
Zaw is a prime example of exceptional customer service, and he is one of the main reasons we continually return to this Harris Teeter. His hard work and cheerful demeanor significantly enhance our shopping experience. We are truly grateful for Zaw and the outstanding service he provides.”
“One of the front desk staff members was extremely rude and disrespectful. Customer service should be polite and consistent for all customers, regardless of background or ethnicity. Her tone and body language showed a clear lack of interest in providing professional service. In contrast, the other staff, especially the male employees, were kind, grounded, and professional. Management should address this issue.”

“When I was shopping there this afternoon, I began to feel light headed and weak. Employees were extremely kind. Brought me a chair to sit down. And then Dian came and asked me if I had had lunch. I had not. She was very concerned and brought some peanut butter crackers for me she stayed with me and had very sweet concern in her eyes. She said,”We are community and need to take care of each other.” She helped me finish shopping and went to the cash register with me and then put on her jacket and walked me to my car. I hugged her and told her she was truly a blessing to me. I am extremely grateful for her kindness and concern. I just want to let everyone know how fortunate we are to have these kind attentive Food Lion folks in Our Food Lion. “Molly is the pharmacist who helped me, and she is very knowledgeable and makes the extra effort. Even though the pharmacy had just closed and she was leaving, she saw I was looking at the different Tylenols and came over to help me. My little 2 year old granddaughter was sick and she walked me through the different medications for her. I'm very grateful.”
“Yesterday I accidentally left my purse in a shopping cart and drove away! I recognized my mistake soon after at the next stop! Horrified I drove back to Walmart and found the shopping cart empty! While I was walking into the store hoping that someone had turned it in, l got a call from my husband who had just spoken to security! They indeed had my purse turned in by a store employee who was parked next to me! What a blessing! I will not mention her name but it restores your faith in humanity! “No one is more excited than me about stumbling across the Korean Galbi here and its official! I already a fan of the famous Orange Chicken, but I officially have a new favorite. This is just as good and more cost effective than buying ingredients and making it at home. The flavor is official!
