After filling it up at a local gas station, only to find it deplete more than 50% in just a few minutes, I took it to Mavis for a tire replacement. I was originally going to Uber back to the office for a meeting I had at 1:30, but Austin and the guys had me in and out in 30 minutes. I was back WELL before my meeting. Never had such speedy and friendly service.”

We stopped by without an appointment, and Tonya in the service department immediately stepped in to help. Despite the schedule being full, she managed to squeeze us in, knowing we had an upcoming trip and needed the center display issue resolved as soon as possible.
Tonya was knowledgeable, prompt, and proactive. She kept us updated throughout the entire process, and the repair was completed within just a couple of days. She also let us know the repair was covered under warranty and reminded us about an upcoming maintenance item we could take care of for free before the car reaches 30,000 miles.
Our family has owned Volvos for over a decade and typically used the dealership on Independence, but after the incredible service at University Volvo, we’ll be bringing our vehicles here from now on!”

“The best experience I’ve ever had at an auto body shop! This was my first collision going through my insurance whom referred me to this shop. I am extremely grateful that I went with 5 star. They were communicative, friendly and fast!! It only took them 4 days to complete the work on my vehicle after being quoted a week which was also much shorter than anticipated. The employees knew who I was right away each time I called or went in. Hopefully I won’t need to visit them in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely stick with 5 star!
