“I took a broken craftsman rachet to Lowes for a replacement .Lowes wanted to only replace an exact match which they did not have.
Next I went to Pointers Ace Hardware in Salisbury and was helped by Bob.
He just wanted to know what ratchet I wanted that was close to the one I had.
Simple courteous help.
