“I spent a weekend here thanks to a tremendous gift from one of my customers...and enjoyed the rest and relaxation. They allowed my two rescue dogs to come and had free WiFi so I could binge watch several seasons of some of my favorite shows. The room was clean with 2 queen size beds, a mini fridge, dresser, and laptop work station. There was basic internet but not a tremendous amount of channels. One nice touch was the end tables, lights, and laptop area had USB charging ports which made is really convenient for using my laptop and charging my mobile phone.I only had two minor negatives if you will the first one was that water in the tub drained slowly so you were kind of standing in water... And the second was the continental breakfast in the morning really was either two choices of cereal or a English muffin or a bagel and coffee. I wish they had orange juice but they didn't.Overall it was great to be able to re-energize my batteries and spend some time with my dogs before gearing up to go back to work again. It was a very nice blue collar type hotel it was clean and I gave it 4 out of five stars.”

“We brought our three grandsons for a night and day stay. It was an amazing experience. The staff was so kind to our boys and made sure we had everything we needed to make it fun. This is an exceptional hotel from management to each and every worker. The dinner was great and breakfast was very good. We swam while we were there and it was very clean and inviting for the boys. It was a very special birthday trip and now all the boys want to return for their fun. I highly recommend this hotel. It was fabulous.”

“We booked a Pet Friendly Room for a 1 night stay on our road trip to Atlanta.Room 117 was clean, attractive and quiet. There were safe, well illuminated grassy areas for walking our dog.On arrival, we were given a bag containing water for 2 adults and our pet, a list of pet friendly restaurants and contact info for a local vet.We recommend this facility to other travelers with fur babies.Noteworthy details: See previous comments.”

“10/10 place. Been coming here for the bar as a local. Staff is absolutely amazing. Dealt mostly with the bartender Katie and on occasion Evan. But either way, they never disappoint and have great conversation! Food staff and bartenders are phenomial! Food & drinks: Sweet chili wings are an absolutely banger. 10/10.”

“Absolutely the best hotel experience we've ever had. Comfortable and quiet and a beautiful decor. Very classy place. Crystal at the desk was gracious and attentive.”

“Pans were scarred up by prior guest using sharp objects on pans. Front desk traded the pan for better pan.Was going to extend, when calling the night before checking out, my room was not available to extend.”

“Great location, clean and efficient rooms, and nice staff! The breakfast was not amazing, but the pancake machine was very cool. Would have preferred to have a microwave in the room. There was one at the front desk and it was a commercial grade one that no one knew how to work.”

“The rooms are very spacious and clean. Gives you a feeling of being at home. Would recommend to everyone.Safety: Very safe. You have to have a key to get into the area where the rooms are.”

“This is a great affordable, clean, and safe place to stay. If that is what you need, this is the place for you.It is not a 5-star resort and I was not expecting it to be. The room with a queen size bed was spacious with a small table and 2 chairs. The bed was not luxurious, but it was easy to sleep on. The temperature control was via the unit under the window and was a little louder than I would have wanted it to be.Front desk staff was polite courteous and easy to work with. I needed to extend my stay and it was an easy enough process.I liked paying less than other hotels literally right across the road.”

“I needed to be at a near by business for a special 10/23/23 event so I chose to stay here due to location.Access to I-77, I-85 and I-485 and W.T. Harris Blvd. It's only about one year old & still 'feels' very new. It's clean, comfortable and safe. There is professional Staff & they are helpful & available. The King room was large & comfortable.Very big bathroom with a nice sized walk-in shower.I really like the refillable shampoo, conditioner & body wash. The HVAC worked great though the fan was a little loud. The full hot breakfast starts at 6am & was really good, especially the fresh bagels. They have several large urns of fresh coffee.I was able to use the app for check-in but had some issues with the 'digital key' until I figured out the Bluetooth issues had to be adjusted from the App & NOT the phone settings.”

“The hotel was nice and the staff was very nice. The only thing I didn't like is I have never in my life been to a hotel where I had to pay for breakfast. Breakfast should be included for the price you have to pay to stay here. For $28 I could have went to a restaurant. We didn't eat $28 worth of food.Noteworthy details: Be prepared to pay for breakfast”

“The rooms are clean just not the quality (star quality of hotels) that I prefer. Nonetheless, it was spotless so I could not complain. The restroom was immaculate. And the most enjoyable part of my stay was the customer servict. Kiera at the front desk greeted us with a smile and each time we had a question she was very knowledgeable and helpful and continued to smile. If anything would bring me back, it would be her because my mother, my husband and I all agree that she is the prime, positive example of great customer service. I wish her the best in her future. People always comment on negative things but I believe in giving credit to those who bring happiness and smiles to others.Safety: This hotel feels safe and is in a good area.Food & drinks: A plethora of restaurants nearby including major chains & mom and po. Pizza, steak, seafood, Mexican and chinese.Noteworthy details: Vending machine with snacks on 2nd floor not sure about the others. Coffee available downstairs 24/7. It includes coffee, mochas and latter's. The mocha latter is wonderful !”

“What an AWESOME hotel to stay at. Very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly. Livia was the BEST!!! She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed such as enough towels. This included asking me if I would like for her to bring it up to my room (4th floor) due to an injury I have and currently struggling to walk on my leg. It may seem small to a lot of people, but it’s the little things that matter the most. Excellent customer service! This is my 3rd stay and will definitely have alot more to come!!!Rooms: Clean and smelled fresh.Walkability: Close to restaurants, gas stations, Walmart and my personal favorite store ?!!!!Food & drinks: Great breakfast!!!”

“The location was great, but the staff was horrible. They kicked multiple people out during my stay, cops were called on various people. one of the staff ladies came to clean our rooms, flipped our mattress and lied on us saying we were trying to hide mold. Looking at the countless reviews on here complaining about mold, I know that they were bsing. They told us we had to leave the next day or they would call the cops. The lady at the front desk with the red hair called our room trying to start a fight and made up reasons to call. I mean literally made it up because when we went to the manager about her, the manager said that red head didn't know what she was talking about. Once we got out, I was happy, because this is the weirdest hotel experience ever.”

“Small room. Enough space but was tight with 2 adults, 2 small(10 pound each) dogs and one (7 pound) cat. My only complaints were the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the Red Roof Inn in Savannah, GA. and , I self packed the U-Haul truck. But that drive way to get to the parking lot was steep! I’ll update if I broke stuff. This just applies to my self packed moving. I wasn’t prepared for the incline. My bad. Not theirs.Noteworthy details: Pet friendly. Room service available. I really liked the shower! Hot enough for me!”

“Neat and clean, just the basics but fine for a quick weekend.Pros - Staff was super friendly & helpful. Ample free parking & a good location. AC/Heat worked well. Nice big shower.Cons - Pool is closed (I do not know if that is seasonal? Or a permanent thing?) There is no breakfast (despite the website saying it is provided), small pillows, and in general the building is showing its age.Room service is every 3rd day, so for a 2-night weekend we didn't get housekeeping, which was fine. Anything we asked for they had at the front desk (coffee, towels, etc). One suggestion to the hotel, take a little room trash bag and put in the shampoo, coffee, etc. for the days in between servicing & hand that out to guests when checking in. Would make things easier for everyone. Not fancy, not modern, but neat & clean. If we are ever back in Mooresville I would stay here again.”
