We walked into the store here by North Lake Mall and Maegan who works here helped us in less than 15 mins. She is amazing! She stopped us from leaving T-mobile and was so personable the entire time. She made us feel valued and appreciated as customers even when multiple customer service reps from T-mobile customer service made us feel bad and unvalued. I’m grateful.”

I was in and out both times in less than 20 minutes. I had an awful experience at a different location last year and didn't have high hopes but they were awesome both times. “We've had our TDS Fiber in place of Spectrum for about 3 months now. They provide a good product at a very reasonable price. We're on the promo deal and we're saving hundreds per month for internet and TV. Spectrum kept increasing rates with no end. Our bill was closing in on $300. When our TDS promo period is up, we may need to shop around again, but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.”

“This post is long overdue. Natalie and Wagner were amazing. My wife and I moved into our new home in September right at the beginning of the football season. Natalie was able to accommodate our busy schedule and meet with me to set up services. Upon arrival our technician Wager was just as nice and helpful as Natalie. Wagner and I talked sports and baseball while he was setting up our service. He spent the time to explain everything and help us get our service set up without having to have wires run all over the house. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them more in the future.”
