“My daughter has been working all summer and saving her money. She’s 16 so I’ve started letting her take the lead on things so we stopped in at the Boost Mobile store behind Taco Bell on Springs Rd. We were immediately greeted by Marlen. My daughter had some questions about the iPhone special, but she was unable to get it due to already being a customer. She asked some questions, and we walked outside. We went back in and Marlen came out again. She and my daughter carried on a conversation while I stood back and let her handle everything. She helped my daughter feel comfortable. My daughter is starting to come out of her shell, and Marlen helped her feel comfortable. I let my daughter and Marlen go through the transactions, and I watched her just relax. Marlen was very knowledgeable. She treated my daughter like a friend. Marlen is most definitely an A+ member of your team, and we will definitely be back to see her!!!!”
“K P helped me pick a plan for my internet, 5 star employe. Don't recommend brightspeed for anything, our phone and internet went out Nov 26th, they keep moveing repair date back, now Jan 23rd. Took a few minutes to hook up equipment, WA-LA, internet. Thanks to K.P. and T mobile.”

“I was in route to Metro in Hickory NC they had a great deal on the IPhone 12’s. Then I seen the Carolina wireless sign stating free iPhone 15. I walked in with no phone because I lost mine at work and walked out with a 15 plus! Candace assisted me in finding my treasure. She has a great knowledge of the phones as she guided me to the phone that fit me best. Thank you Candace and Carolina wireless! Y’all were awesome!!!”
“Have had service for 18 years and 95 percent has been great. The only 2 things I do not like is the policy changed making each phone (on same account) must be paid on same date. Never received credit for 8 days left over on one line when policy changed. Also think it is terrible policy to charge your customers a $5 fee if they pay their bill in store. Recently I was unable to pay bill by dialing 611 because I got message saying "cellular service not available". I use my phone throughout the day, everyday, and I had to take time out of work to go to the physical store to pay bill and then charged $5 for paying in store. Terrible way to treat customers in my opinion.”
“It's bestbuy, something's are cheap and some not so much considering you can get things online cheaper. They have improved on getting people discounts and price drops and certain offers that can suck in customers, and service seems to be good, just plan on being broke if you come here, especially if you are with a spouse.....”
“So I went in today stressed out that metro screwed me over, Tevin was so helpful to get me on a good plan and went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with a phone service which I need to make income. I recommend him a promotion by his employer. He at least should get employee of the month since he was patient with us and went over everything there is to know about my new service provider. If you need affordable good service stop by and see Tevin at Cricket he's happy to help!”
“In my own opinion - with having worked for Verizon for over a year, they provide excellent employee perks and benefits. Alongside the customer service you see within stores and the willingness the company is to go above and beyond to provide solutions to keep us all connected. In my own opinion I've never experienced any issues with the quality of service on any of my mobile devices. I also would say that by traveling nationwide with the use of my devices I can attest to that.”
“A few weeks ago, I found a promotional deal online through the Verizon site for an upgrade on my phone. I placed the order, only to have the order fail as part of a glitch in the Verizon online ordering system. I then spent over two hours on the phone, talking to tech support (that guy was great) and then sales and customer service reps (not so great) to get the same promotional deal re-ordered and hopefully sent to this Verizon store later on in the week. Showed up at the store…and it had just had an electrical fire! Called over the next few days to check in on the status of the store and my order. Everyone I talked to was prompt, responsive, and informed. Unfortunately, the status of the order was very unclear, given the recent fire. I ended up talking to Lauren, the store manager, who had me come in to meet with her to figure everything out. She was able to get me the upgrade I wanted on a great deal, even better than what I had found online. I was in and out in less than two hours, which included all the time to sort through the online ordering issues I had previously had, get my new deal and phone in place, and transfer everything over. Lauren was amazing – knew exactly what to do, was fast, great to talk to. At the same time she was helping me, she was assisting her team with other customers. Keep in mind, she also just had to deal with a fire at her store just days beforehand. I am beyond happy with the phone and deal I got, and I am so pleased with the level of customer service I received. I am coming to see Lauren at this store anytime I need support with my Verizon service!”
“Tyler Robinson Sales Professional, is the best associate I have had with Verizon ever and I have been with them 18 years! I just met him when he came to this store in December 2025. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help customers and I have seen many over the years, they don’t care. I try to make an appointment with only Tyler, when I need assistance as I am an elderly lady that is not good with all the technology today! I have an IPhone 17, but don’t know much about any of them! Tyler will make you feel at ease and helps you so patiently . He is awesome helping with small tasks like putting on new cases or harder issues that even he can’t fix! After the blackout, he tried very hard to get me back on My Verizon App, so he gave me the info for getting a technician to figure out the issue! It would not recognize my sign In info! It was hard for the tech as he had to use downloads and etc! I suggest that anyone who needs a personable, and awesome sales person in this store, please call or ask for Tyler Robinson only and you will be very pleased with him!
