“Everyone I've dealt with at OpenFiber (now called Ripple) were awesome. Addison came and installed the final connection into my wiring closet and the fiber network device and did an excellent job! The Service is very fast and reliable and I am 100% satisfied and confident that this service is just what's needed for WFH.4 months update - have not had a single outage since the installation. Connection is rock solid. Giant files download and upload quickly. i hardly think about my internet service now. Spectrum would go out periodically and i would have to go elsewhere to work at those times. My neighbor came to me the other day to check in about my satisfaction with openfiber/ripple and i gave it a thumbs up. I wish there were more than five stars in google ratings.”

Mercedes and Jazmin were very welcoming and knowledgeable on the plans and deals tmobile had to offer. “I just left this Verizon store and had to share my experience. I came in around 6:30 PM on a Saturday, right before closing, just to drop off a replacement phone—not to make a purchase. Despite that, I received absolutely top-notch service.
Anthony greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy, even though I came in last minute.
Gabe was also very helpful and made sure I was being taken care of, which I really appreciated.
It really meant a lot to be treated with such care and respect, especially when I wasn’t buying anything. That kind of service deserves recognition.

“10/10 great service from Cion at the store in Matthews. My family member switched from being on my mobile phone plan to a Spectrum mobile phone. Due to reasons beyond anyone’s control, making this switch required several trips to the store. Each time Cion was amazing to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made what could have been quite a frustrating experience far less so with her pleasant demeanor.”
“I just got the new redmagic 11 pro after needing to transfer to it from an iPhone. I had everything set up from the transfer besides a new service plan. I spent WEEKS trying to find a provider that was compatible. Verizon, At@T, cricket, none of them worked. Finally I walk in to this T-Mobile, and this really nice guy( his name mightve been Carlos or Marcus I can't remember sorry) help me set up the new phone. The entire setup process took about 30 minutes or more, and yet he stayed helpful and respectful the whole time. And after it all went through, I finally had my new plan on my new phone, the thing I've been looking for for WEEKS now. Thank you to whoever that employee was and also his manager for making the visit worth it.”

“I was so angry when I went in there,
I'm not sure what happened exactly but I was having a problem with my bill, the manager was sweeping the floor and when I asked to speak with him he came right over and listened to me. He was cool as a cucumber, unbothered. Fixed my problem immediately and got me out of there quickly. I noticed even when I got home, he really went above and beyond. I appreciate that. Customer service! And he always looks fly in some tmobile pink when I go up there haha”
