“Last month I was shopping around to see which Company had the best rate plans and the best deal. Mercedes and Jazmin were very welcoming and knowledgeable on the plans and deals tmobile had to offer. Needless to say, I ended up leaving with 4 NEW phones and the bill was astonishingly lower than my original provider by a LONG RUN. Very happy with joining tmobile. Good Job ??”

“I just left this Verizon store and had to share my experience. I came in around 6:30 PM on a Saturday, right before closing, just to drop off a replacement phone—not to make a purchase. Despite that, I received absolutely top-notch service.
Anthony greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy, even though I came in last minute.
Gabe was also very helpful and made sure I was being taken care of, which I really appreciated.
It really meant a lot to be treated with such care and respect, especially when I wasn’t buying anything. That kind of service deserves recognition.
When it’s time for me to replace my phone, I will definitely be coming back to this location.

“The manager azrael and his team are amazing. My phone kept on messing up with viruses and all sorts of things. After coming here a few times they convinced me to get a new phone and a great deal on a tablet and watch. All of them are great, knowledgeable and kind. “Just visited this store to switch our Verizon phone service to Spectrum. We had a great experience with our specialist, Sarah Weeks. She was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. She answered our many questions, determined our best plan ($30./month, including taxes), switched our phones and we walked out the door in 25 minutes. Her boss, Matt was also in the store and agreed with us that Sarah rocks. I highly recommend 2 things...switch to Spectrum, and ask for Sarah.”
