“This is a great store, but when I attempted to return something (the ready to cook meal and leaked the raw chicken juice all over the produce) the customer service employee was very rude”
“2/21/25 I wrote the original post several years ago. Our opinion has not changed. If anything, the store has gotten better and has more stuff.

Biggest and best supplied Asian store that we are aware of in Jacksonville. We go for the Korean groceries. Pretty good fresh and frozen food and produce.”
“Affordable. Healthy alternatives. Lots of parking available. Fastest grocery checkout in town. They usually have boxes available for your groceries because they do not supply bags. Be sure to bring your reusable shopping bags. They have some available for purchase. And don't forget to bring a quarter for your shopping cart!”
“I always have such a pleasant shopping experience. On the rare occasion that something doesn't go right, like today when I went to open a Febreeze plug in that I purchased over a week ago Jalen(I apologize if I got the name wrong) at customer service seamlessly traded out the missing device. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Customer service like that is why I chose my neighborhood Food Lion over going to stores like Wal-Mart. Thank you Food Lion for being amazing”
“Polite employees, but I was disappointed there was no low sodium ham in the deli. Third Food Lion in the area that doesn't have it. 3 more stores in the area to try, then it would be Wally World that I would have to visit......”
“Great sales for their MVP members (anyone can be one). They have the freshest produce, and use local farmers to sell some fruits and vegetables. The lines usually aren't too long and they have self checkout lines.”
“Well you know Food Lion is Food Lion standard grocery store basically you know food you hiding out and stuff like that same as always but Food Lion does have pretty good sales sometimes just got to get there at the right time and know what you're looking for”
“My favorite place to shop for meat and produce! The commissary prices for meat and produce are so much cheaper than out in town and the quality of meat and produce is good too. With that being said, I do however find that their dairy products and bread are more expensive than Walmart.
The employees here are friendly and you can tell they genuinely enjoy their work place and take pride in the cleanliness of their store. I come here for those reasons. Keep up the great work!”
“Clancy’s snacks are a good value especially for the quality! Disappointed that they’re often out of the sliced sourdough rounds. Also raised their prices on packages of Black Forest ham and turkey slices ? Hit and miss.”
“It's my go-to for breakfast lunch and dinner. They have lots of prepared foods, fresh veggies, and lots of wine. Meats are fresh and reasonable, and you can take care of the whole families needs, including pets.”

“The food here is a touch pricier than Walmart for example, but all in all very nice experience. The guy stocking produce was super friendly and helpful on one of my trips here. There's also a really friendly, helpful, very kind asst manager I believe. I've always seen her working nights at self-checkout. She's always been quick to explain anything needed and has always offered help and gone above and beyond to assist customers. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for me is because the snack items I've gotten have been on the stale side.”

“It is convenient to go directly up to the store and quickly get what I need in the way of produce and other essential groceries and things that are of need from where I'm at it's not much hassle I just take a walk even with a walker I go there and take care of my business to come home things to Walmart for what they do”

“We frequently go to this place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming here as well! They have a lot of Filipino selection at this location and I often shop here with my husband. Of course, they also have variety of Asian food selection as well. We also go here since they have 6 pack ramune for a very reasonable price since my husband loves it.”

“Qhen I used to live on this side of town this was always my stop in place to get gas and snacks. The gas was always alittle cheaper here than most other places. The customer service reps were always friendly and some of them became like family memebers. Unfortunately its on the other sside of town from where I currently live but I still drop in every once and awhile to catch up and take advantage of lower gas rates.”
