“I really don’t get all these negative comments because every time I go there I get great service. Yes, sometimes they have the bad days but it’s very rare. People needs to stop complaining over little things like the news channel. Be grateful that they have PEOPLE working with great attitudes! “I mean they aren’t that bad. A lot is left to be desired. But they are the most consistent. Enter a location and 9/10 your problems are solved. On the security side, they go too far, locking your account at random it seems, but better safe than sorry i guess. Don’t expect well integrated technologies or special offers.
If you don’t use this as your primary bank you won’t get any benefits but I would still recommend having an account here so at the least you can say, “there’s always allegacy.” There’s no penalty to just keeping $5 in it for the rest of your life”
“I entered the Drive Thru today (Saturday) just before closing. A very pleasant young lady name Kaneshia (spell) greeted me and engaged in lite pleasantries. She was very helpful and efficient in handling my transactions - although I could have done more before I sent it thru the tube.
After completing my transactions in record time, she thanked me and asked if there was anything else….
This kind of customer service is very welcoming! Very comfortable, professional and friendly.
I hope Wells Fargo recognizes it’s solid, ‘down to earth’ employees and promote them accordingly. They may not be your “golfing buddies” or kiss up to the “higher ups”, but these people are the backbone of your empire and, considering all the turmoil your institution has faced, is probably the only reason I still bank here.
