“I was blown away by the excellent service and turnaround time by ProTronics. Here's the story... I needed 100 PCB's reworked as soon as possible because it was affecting our customer's production line. I called around to different local shops on Tuesday afternoon and found ProTronics. They confirmed they could work on it ASAP, so my customer overnighted the parts to me on Wednesday, arriving in Durham Thursday morning. That morning, I walked through the rework requirements with the professional staff at ProTronics. They began to work on them THAT SAME DAY. At one point, they had a follow-up question for me. Instead of moving ahead, they paused until I met them again at the office. It was obvious that ProTronics wants to make sure they do it 100% correct. By EoB Thursday, they had completed over half of the 100 PCBs. We overnighted that first batch back to the customer to alleviate the production stoppage. The next day, the remaining units were finished, and we sent those out as well.
