“We were greeted the time we walked in the store. The representative worked with us to help us get the best deal. With us being a first responder family she took the time to help us get signed up with FirstNet. She thanked me for being a first responder and was able to relate due to her husband being a firefighter. Definitely the best experience we have ever had when switching phone carriers and upgrading equipment. She was able to save us several $100 a month.”

Had some issues going on with a phone, and while the issue could not be resolved immediately, we still received great customer service. Located off Albemarle Rd. Beside a Fitness Connection with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. It's kind of a sketch area, but no issues at all. Wouldn't mind returning if I ever need to.”

The nice gentleman inside was able to fix it super fast and didn’t charge me anything for it. His store is clean and attractive and he’s a very personable young man. “Anthony is a great representative and resource for AT&T. I walked in not expecting a great experience and honestly to walk out frustrated and without a new phone. Instead I was paired with Anthony who explained everything to me and made me understand the why, how and whats of the whole situation.
