“On April 16th I went to this store for SEVERAL issues regarding my phone and phone service. Reonna was extremely helpful and professional! She was VERY patient and friendly. She helped me to understand every question I asked and helped resolve some issues I had been having with my phone service for over two years! She discovered there was no insurance (which there should have been) and a whole phone line that was never utilized on my plan. Ultimately leading me to receive a brand new phone, receiving my teacher discount (finally), and my monthly payment being reduced tremendously! I told her that I could cry sitting there as she helped fix some major issues that no one had been able to help me fix or understand! I really felt like someone had finally paid attention to me. Miss Reonna in my opinion deserves a raise or a bonus of some sort for helping a 20 year customer!”

Beside a Fitness Connection with plenty of parking spaces to choose from. It's kind of a sketch area, but no issues at all. Wouldn't mind returning if I ever need to.”

“Took a phone in to have a slight repair on it. Something that several people had tried to fix and were unsuccessful. The nice gentleman inside was able to fix it super fast and didn’t charge me anything for it. His store is clean and attractive and he’s a very personable young man. “Our family plan switched from Verison to AT&T and my phone was caught in the middle. Just before the holidays, I had no phone, in or out, for days. I work and that is unacceptable. My family members and I spent days on the phone with AT&T and Verison without being able to resolve the issue. I went to the Version store which sent me to an At&T location, which sent me to Apple, which sent me back to AT&T. Finally, my son and I went to the AT&T store on Kings drive on Christmas Eve, and Jayden, the sales manager, worked with us for 4 hours until she resolved the issue. She had to elevate through several sets of managers until she finally got the job done. Verison had not released the number and that created the problem. Yea! and thank you Jayden.”
