“I live halfway between this location and the one at 819 Wendover. I'm definitely sticking to this location from now on! The staff here is much friendlier and professional and the office itself is cleaner and more updated. I have an online business and am always anxious about how packages are handled at the post office because that's part of the customer's experience, so my mind is at ease now. Kelly is so wonderful here.
*NOTE ON PARKING: you can park anywhere that says 1233 The Plaza. I haven't had an issue so far, but there is also street parking. It just looks confusing because it's used as an after hours parking lot for surrounding businesses, and that's when it becomes paid parking. If you're here during the day to use the post office though, you're good!”
“Still super nice people. It is inside the pharmacy. And there's a great big sign outside that clearly says POST OFFICE next to the door of the pharmacy so you should be able to find it if you're in the correct parking lot. If you're in the food lion parking lot you might miss it.”
“Went in there today to buy some stamps. The staff was very friendly and helped me out with everything I needed. Will go again to buy stamps and send some postcards :)Good to know they only take cash!!”

“Update: We got it, I’m not sure what went on but we got it 4 days later than when it was “Delivered”.
This isn’t a review about the service by the Helpful and really nice lady who man’s the front of this post office. I’m leaving a 1 Star because I ordered something for my wife through USPS and it said “Delivered” but it wasn’t. I put in a request “Missing Mail” request, which takes forever to get to and they sent an automated message saying “It’s already delivered”. Well, obviously it’s not and I wouldn’t leave this review if it had been. I spent over $100 for these shoes for my wife, and I haven’t gotten them nor compensation from USPS.”

“Darcy is the kindest most professional postal worker I have ever encountered. She assisted me in getting my passport. It was a heavy walk-in day and she was on her own so the appointments were getting pushed back.
She helped each of us with the same undivided attention and never appeared overwhelmed. She was just kind and helpful. She created a sense of patience for all of us while we waited. You can sense that she really wants to help others. She helped her coworker with the customer line and was able to multitask to keep things moving while others took their lunch breaks. She wouldn’t take her own lunch break until the passport appointments were caught up and agreed to stay later to assist a newer employee close.
Everyone should show up for others like Darcy.
The post office itself is nice, parking is limited. I do recommend getting an appointment for your passport. The process itself is quick!”
“The staff is amazing. What I don't like is that they lock the doors so you can't access the self-service areas. Having to wait until 9 am on Saturday and not having access at all on Sunday is not customer friendly. Other locations leave the doors unlocked so you can mail packages, buy stamps, and check PO boxes at almost any time.”

“It's the post office, so some expectations should be managed in what to expect. But that said, I've been in here a half dozen times over the last few weeks and the two ladies who work there are a delight. Really like going here, if I have to go to a post office.”

“I use this post office all the time and the folks here are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and kind. Today Shannon helped me as I wasn’t sure which service I needed for my letter. He’s helped me in the past and always has a smile on his face no matter how long the line is and the same goes for the other postal clerks. They almost always have 3/4 windows open. If your post office isn’t like this and you can make the drive, it’s well worth it.”
