“Amazing customer service at store 7995 on Indian Trail Run! I needed some documents notarized & Tricia had no issue with me emailing them to her (I had signed them early?) She offered to print them out again. It was the dumbest mistake but she was so unbothered by it. I took a lot of their time but they were sweet & understanding. Andrea took care of the other customers in the store while I was being helped. I will absolutely come here again for their services.”
“I use Staples to print my company's flyers, business cards, promotions items, etc. The quality and turn around are always 5-star! I do think pricing on some items are higher than other printers but the convenience factor is sometimes more of the goal.”

“I've come to this FedEx numerous times and the staff is always professional and knows exactly what I need. My newest visit involved Ana. She was very sweet and walked me through how to use the printer for my copies. Very sweet. When I need FedEx I always come to this location. The guys in there are great as well.”
“Yesterday, the 17th, I visited the business, and a newly installed printer was causing issues for the staff member, not the employee's fault. She remained courteous throughout our ordeal, even apologizing, even though there was no reason to, given the technical difficulties. I had to grab a few items nearby and asked if I could come back within the hour after giving her time to work through the problem, and she politely agreed. Later, I returned, and the issue was fixed, and I met another staff member who was also courteous. I believe one was a supervisor and the other an employee. I left with what I originally came for and just want to express praise for this business and how they treated not only me but also other members of the community I saw come in, treating them just as well. Thank you.”
