βSuper friendly and helpful staff. The kinda place you end up shooting the breeze with fellow customers and store staff. They have a good selection of hardware items and garden items.β

βWhat a gem! Any woodworker ought to be grateful not only that this business exists, but for how well a small business like this is run. Refreshing personal service, expertise, and awesome selection. Makes me want to stop using the internet and always drive to the store! Bought a Festool Kapex and they had it shipped from another location. It arrived quickly, and will be spreading the word far and wide about this great business!β
βThis is the new expanded Ace. Prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but there are lots of coupons. Staff is very helpful. Haven't to Whole Foods, Ingles, and much more without getting into the heavier traffic towards Airport.β

βI have only purchased one item at this supply store, but was very impressed with the customer service. Kyle helped me check out with an order that I realized too late, was not going to fit into my car to get it home. After learning that I didn't live too far from him, he offered to deliver the item to me later that day on his way home, with no charge. Definitely above and beyond what I've ever experienced before. He was very personable, yet professional and I will definitely be returning for further supplies.β

βAce is NOT the place: Home Depot is! Especially if you need to get copies made of your house key and your contractor super-glued a cover on the key. 3 keys made by Ace Hardware did NOT work but the 3 made by Richard Osborne, Pro Department Supervisor, work beautifully! The simple task of making a key was complicated by the glued-on cover and it required two employees using snips, pliers, a knife and possibly some special incantations to remove the cover and expose the key to be copied. Richard was friendly, helpful, and thorough in his valiant and successful effort to cut me 3 shiny new keys that all work on my house. Thank you for your perseverance, Richard and Home Depot.β
βI've Used king rental twice. Once to rent a hammer drill and once to rent a track loader. Both times pick up was quick and the equipment worked perfectly. They are conveniently located in downtown Hendersonville. It's so nice to be able to rent expensive tools that I don't use enough to buy for myself.β
βOkey doke... so good eals are a good thing and this is certainly a place you should go look for Rigid, Ryobi... and some other things.Great effort to make sure you are aware of a sale of a special deal.β

βBeautiful showroom! It's like a building materials gallery inside. Actual exterior and interior walls to show applications with doors and windows. If your looking to see high end components and even cost effective options this place is worth the stop.β
βHometown hardware stores are almost non-existent in a town of any size, thanks to the big box home improvement stores. Ace stays relevant and has a faithful clientele but doing a lot of things well. And I needed a close-by source for wood pellets on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks, guys, for being there for me. Yes, you're a little pricier than Sam's, Lowes, or Walmart, but sometimes I just need somebody to help me find that bolt, o-ring, or Traeger accessory that I can't find anywhere else, no matter what day of the week it is. For some of us that remember the old days, hardware stores are just fun.β
βI go here a few times a year to have my CO2 tank filled. Staff is never able to confirm the grade of gas they are putting in my tank. I use this gas to carbonate beverages. Claiming all CO2 is the same is incorrect.β
βI was able to go in and find exactly what I needed. When I was unsure about a specific electrical component, I asked the supervisor Pam and she gave me exactly what I needed.β

Early in my homeownership I ran out of gas.
The tach Mike came out after hours- helped me relight my pilot and check everything else in the house! I was so grateful and impressed with the extraordinary customer service. Mike is retired but the rep who replaced him is equally great at his work.
I believe it starts at the top- this must be a pretty good company to work for since they have so many great employees!β
βAustin and Travis did a great job diagnosing and fixing a simple issue that should have never happened at another mechanic 3 weeks prior. Always have been fair and reasonably priced every time they have helped me.β

βAwesome Customer Service! Had a broken nail gun and just stopped in and asked if they could look at it. They just didn't look at it, they dropped what they were doing and fixed it on the spot. Wish more business were like this!β
βWe purchased enough lumber to build a handicap ramp recently and had the best service from Patty at the Pro Desk! She walked us through the registration process for the Pro Xtra program, rang up our purchases from across the room, got us a discount and made the whole transaction so pleasant. That store has a gem in Patty, they better hold on to her β€οΈβ
