“My membership card says I’ve been a member for about 19 years. With just two of us at home, the only real bulk buying we do is paper products, but we’ve found the meat counter to have consistently good steaks and the rest of the food selection is generally solid quality.
Clothing is a bit of a timing game. If you don’t grab what you want when it first appears, you’ll come back a week later and the only sizes left are XL and XXL. Glad to see the pharmacy moved to longer hours—that’s been a welcome change.
My only real complaint isn’t Costco—it’s the customers. A surprising number seem to drift into some kind of retail trance once they enter the store, parking their carts squarely in the middle of the aisle like they’ve just discovered meditation. And heaven forbid anyone looks before pulling out of an aisle intersection.
If autonomous driving technology keeps improving, I’d vote for Waymo-powered shopping carts.”

“I was having a super hard time in sam's in the clothing section and out of the corner of my eye I saw a this pretty hispanic girl in a bunch of gold chains Folding a bunch of clothes. i asked for her name and she said it was Angelina, She was the nicest worker ever, I told her how I was struggling to find some jeans for my boyfriend and i did not know his size and she was actually really helpful because i would say im super indecisive and she really helped me pick out the best pair of jeans for him. But turns out they didn't fit but the second time i came in to return to jeans I saw her again working hard at folding clothes and basically explained how they didn't fit him correctly and she recommended me a different size for him and it actually fit. “I can't speak to the tires, but Robert was great helping me with my battery and saved me 150-300 dollars.
Came from the Toyota dealership two days before, where they told me I needed a new battery, which they'd kindly install for $280. After being upsold at a different dealership before, I went to Sam's Club to get a new battery (for $130, I'll add), but I saw the free battery testing, which Robert was able to do in 5 minutes. Battery was well within healthy range, so he recommended I come back in 6 months to check again for free.
Process was easy - I called and made an appointment for 10AM on a Sunday. Despite being understaffed and other people there, I was seen at 10:05.
Robert gave good, honest service and saved me 300 bucks I might've spent unnecessarily at the dealership. Hard not to give 5 stars for that!”
“We had a great experience!!! A year ago I bought tires through costco. .Today I got a nail in my tire and I immediately came here and they got it patched up and everything pretty quick even though they had a lot of people here and it was free.... I got to get a hot dog and look around at costco :) it's pretty standard to have to wait to get car work done...not sure why the other reviews complaining about wait time expected but we were in and out faster than any Jiffy etc.
Employees were super helpful and KIND. I was a walk in but they were able to take me anyways. This store is always one of the busiest but they are the best :)”
“Love BJs tire. Have been getting tires here for years! Always personable employees.
Sometimes there’s a wait but that’s everywhere! Go shop (so many places within walking distance) They’ll be ready when you’re done.
If they’re both in the bay just stick your head in there and get their attention.
If you need tires immediately then that’s on you for not properly planning unless it’s an emergency like what happened to me one day when I noticed a bubble coming on my sidewall so I went over to BJ’s tires (to make an appt since I was right there at bjs gas) and they replaced the tire right then and there!
Like I said. The 3 guys that work there have all 3 been there for at least the past few years and they work hard and at the same time do their jobs with customer service in mind.”
“Our family has been using this pharmacy for over two years and have always received outstanding customer service. The staff out front are always friendly and helpful, especially Emilee. The pharmacists and techs with whom I've interacted over the years have always been extremely helpful in navigating between insurance and doctors' offices. As a bonus, their prices are outstanding as well. I highly recommend this pharmacy.”
