101 East Dowitcher Street, Nags HeadI went here for their vaccine clinic and for a pup with an ear infection. Love that the vax clinic was very affordable and highly organized and so friendly. Adored that when I went for the ear infection that we were able to get an appointment quickly and they didn’t push anything unnecessary - no $100 test to confirm the ear infection like I’ve experienced elsewhere. $70 fee to be seen which is standard more or less from what I’ve seen in multiple states over the past 5 years or so. The doc answered all my many questions in a professional and kind manner.

3022 S Croatan Hwy Unit 34, Nags HeadForget the ocean - we come to the Outer Banks for Greentails. We plan our days around their lunch hours and eagerly await the daily specials. When they close on Monday and Tuesday, I sob. When I grab those fish tacos on Wednesday, I sob but this time with joy and the earlier time was because I was sad.
Don’t skip this place! The staff is so friendly and helpful too. Thank you, Greentails!

We’ve been to big booty and lil booty and family looks forward to every night for the week we are there! This summer we got to try the “nachos” and they were a hit!
