Great outdoor setup, a dozen or so draft selections, a super easy-going bartender, and I believe we saw some people getting apps/snacks. And the music selection and volume was awesome, too.

The women that run this place are friendly and delightful. We went back for breakfast every day on our vacation after discovering Northern Lights and everything consistently exceeded my expectations.

1129 Corolla Village Rd, CorollaWe ordered takeout last night and it was beyond delicious!!! We had pork bbq, whole Bbq chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, cornbread and buns. Everything was so good! The beans had a variety of beans and the sauce was a little sweet (which we prefer), Mac and cheese was creamy and dreamy! Cornbread was light and a little sweet. Coleslaw was perfect. The pork bbq was nice big shredded pieces and lean. The bbq chicken was moist. We had their original sauce and one a little spicy - both were excellent! The young man taking the order was polite and efficient. A totally delicious meal!!!

1159 Austin St, CorollaIf you have a large group, and are staying on the north end of Corolla, don’t go to the salty rim. We went to Salty rim with 11 people (5 adults/6kids) and asked prior to going inside if they could accommodate 11 of us at one table, or multiple tables close to each other. They said yes and we went inside, in which they told us they couldn’t accommodate us at one table and proceeded to split us on opposite ends of the restaurant. They said they had a 10top coming in that they had to keep tables for , but wouldn’t accommodate our 11 top.We left and went to Corolla Cantina instead and Maria and the whole crew made us feel welcomed and comfortable! Amazing food, amazing staff and wonderful atmosphere! If you’re looking for an awesome dinner with a large group, spend your money here! It’s well worth it!
