1148 Ocean Trail, CorollaThe don’t serve food (the serve bar snacks) so we didn’t rate this but we love this place! It’s walkable from our beach house and have been coming here for 11 years. Still the same owners and still a very fun place. There was a gentlemen entertaining us with a great voice and guitar.
Scary that the owners son is in 3rd grade as he as grown up throughout the years (I guess it happens)
Anyway the beer is always cold and the service is always great! It’s a must to stop and grab a beer! There are food options nearby that deliver.

1129 Corolla Village Rd, CorollaMy wife and I came by for lunch during a bike ride, and we absolutely loved our experience eating here. The food was incredible (we got the pork ribs, pulled pork, mac n cheese, potato salad, and coleslaw - all of which were amazing). The staff were patient with our questions about the food and very friendly. The food was ready very quickly. And they were accommodating for my peanut allergy. The atmosphere also was great and added to the overall experience. We highly recommend stopping by here during any trip to Corolla!

Northern Outer Banks Brewing Company
520 Old Stoney Road suite j, CorollaWe stopped by the brew pub on Thursday evening and had the pleasure of meeting Catherine. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made our visit memorable!
I actually work for a brewery myself, so I really appreciate great customer service and someone who knows their beer. Based on Catherine’s recommendations, we ended up buying several cans to take back to Pennsylvania because we loved everything she suggested. She also told us about the wine slushies at our trolley stop, and we trusted her recommendation so much that we went back the next day and bought six!
Catherine’s outstanding customer service, warm personality, and excellent recommendations truly made our trip even better. The owners are lucky to have someone like her representing their business. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town. Thank you, Catherine!

The shrimp and grits came highly recommended from the server so that’s what we got. The shrimp are perfectly cooked, and the sauce was delicious. The tomatoes were handled just perfectly, and the grits were fantastic.
I enjoyed a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice. She had an espresso martini. Both were good. I added some fresh scrambled eggs as well as a side of sausage gravy with a fresh biscuit. Now I know it’s breakfast and not easy to mess up, but they did a really good job overall and the eggs were very flavorful. Sausage gravy was good. And the shrimp and grits even had extra seasoning artfully placed around the Rim of the plate if you wanted an extra little kick.
Definitely a great spot to grab breakfast if you’re anywhere near Corolla in OBX.
Our server was awesome and super friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.
