“My family just switched from Spectrum to Verizon last month. We went to the location in Conover and Derrick Malbon was our service representative. He is so good at his job! Incredible service! He made everything so easy for us. We are so happy with our service that we just switched to Verizon Internet as well. I sent Derrick a message about adding internet and he took care of it. If you are looking for customer service at it's best, I highly recommend Derrick.”

“I went to tech mobile in November to get a iPhone 8 for my daughter and I got a great deal for it. So I thought about getting me something nice for Christmas they gave a me great deal on Samsung galaxy note 9 with 128gb hooked it up with a screen protector and a case too.. “I've been with T-Mobile for a while now. I have 3 lines and home internet. All services work great for me. Today my wife and I stopped in to explore getting new phones. I first met with Vince. He is a very knowledgeable and service driven guy. He explained all of the options to help find the best solution for us. I had additional questions while he was switching our data over. That's when Tyra put the cherry on top. She answered all of my question, showing expertise. It was easy to see why she is manager. And there were 2 other employees( didn't catch there names) dark haired young lady and a gentleman with a beard. They where all super helpful and nice. Great customer experience all around. My go to place for sure.”

“Visited this Starbucks on my way out of Target today. This location every time I come is so packed, and I realized today it very well could be the staffs fault. Only two women working at the time, one with cute green hair was sweet and did awesome. I wasn't exactly put off by the extra 2 minutes it took to get my bagged pastry and tall frappe, but as I sat there waiting for my husband with my three kids patiently I started to notice the same girl who was just chatting with a friend, who clearly stopped by, she didn't seem very concerned about leaving her coworker alone and shaking her responsibilities as MANY very patient customers flowed through. Credit to our green haired barista, I did enjoy our visit, just thought she should be called out lol”

“The PLACE is fine. The employees were very considerate and professional when we went in to cancel our plan. The SERVICE itself however was horrible!We were paying over $74 a month and the internet was down almost as often as it worked. And we live literally ONE mile from their tower. We couldn't watch a streaming program and be on a computer at the same time. Had to turn off wifi when we got home just to use our phones. Sometimes it would take almost 90 minutes to watch a 43 minute show! We had to call them several times a month because of unexplained outages. On the phone they kept telling us our password was wrong so they couldn't help us. It was a very aggravating experience having this internet provider! And all our neighbors have the same issues. I definitely do NOT recommend them as an internet provider.”

“Please visit the team at the Hickory AT&T! The services we received there yesterday was far beyond the service we receive day to day at the grocery store, the bank, restaurants, etc. They were all very personable and acted as if they knew exactly who you were. They all dressed professionally and were proud to work for AT&T. We came in last minute to upgrade three phones and they all pitched in and helped. Great Team work to say the least!”

Alongside the customer service you see within stores and the willingness the company is to go above and beyond to provide solutions to keep us all connected. In my own opinion I've never experienced any issues with the quality of service on any of my mobile devices. I also would say that by traveling nationwide with the use of my devices I can attest to that.”

However, she never got flustered and she handled every customer efficiently, friendly, and in a timely manner. White-glove customer service is extremely rare these days but Raquel delivered. “I was visiting from out of town and my phone started freaking out and a message popped up that I didn't have a Sim card. I stopped in close to closing time on a Saturday and left 15 minutes later with a fixed phone and no out of pocket expense. I was sure they were going to tell me that my phone was going to need to be replaced, but all I needed was a new sim card. The manager, Jeshua, was amazing and so nice! Best experience I've ever had at a Verizon.”
