“Clean and well stocked. Fresh fruit and veggies were great. Bakery is excellent. Got a gluten-free chocolate torte for my younger sister's retirement party, and it was delicious! Nice people. Had a prescription to fill. They sent me a notification that it was ready.
Publix was great. Worth every penny!
*Back again for another holiday. People at Publix had all of the items to get us started on our family reunion. Publix never disappoints us and, as always, the store was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The deli prepared a sandwich that would easily feed two people for a very reasonable price.

“Had issue with order placed yesterday for 12pm pickup today knowing I ordered 2 roistiere chickens. They don't serve them until after 11 so tried to place pick up time so I'd get what I ordered. Received text stating they were not available.
Called local store Swansboro NC and asked for manager/supervisor on duty and spoke to Lisa H. She got them to fulfill order with 2 roistiere chickens included. In background was someone who said they start orders 2-4 hours ahead of pick up schedule, and why wouldn't I just come in store and get them myself.
First I shop online and pickup because I'm disabled. Called the store back once I got home to let manager know she provided me with the customer service I expected and that person needed to be told how NOT to respond to customers in that manner.
Lisa H was professional, direct, empathetic and understanding to my dissatisfaction with the other persons response. She knows and showed me great customer service and managed my complaint with dignity and respect. She said she had already talked to them, and would let them know I called back.
Picking up online orders is convenient for me who can't shop in store. I applaud Lisa's professional approach and response to my complaint. KUDOS to Lisa H. I will continue shopping online with Food Lion because of her. Thank you Lisa for being a great example of what customer service looks like.”
“Had a good variety of food especially meat and seafood. Along with a salad bar and other prepared foods. They do need to wrap seafood from the counter better. It always leaks all over the place based on the bags they use...”
“It is a ok place. Some of the items I wanted they didn't have. There eggs were cheaper than other places when I went in. If I shopped at different stores, it would be a good place to look for good sales. But are limited on things you like that other stores do have.”
“Best kept secret on swansboro! They have a fantastic outdoor area right on the water out back and cold beer and wine in the cooler! Would recommend to anyone in town”

“Great. I am assuming you're referring to th BP past Wilmington. The first thing I see is waste despite units clean and empty and in the correct area. Inside was well stocked spotless. It was smooth sailing parking matched the size of the store.”
“Your typical dollar general. The staff does a nice job displaying home items. Frequently has a table of sale stuff at the front. They keep a good stock of beach chairs and local shirts in the summer though they are really expensive. Sometimes the cleanliness is not great and sometimes kids will come in and try to run wild, but the staff typically makes them leave. Really thankful to have this store close by.”
“The lady at the grill (Tasha) is a wonderful person and cook she runs both side and always welcomes everyone that walks through the door always has a smile on her face if you want good food go Tasha at the Grill That girl deserves tips. She’s an amazing cook.”

“I’ve never stopped at this Dollar General before, but I was genuinely impressed. The store immediately smelled clean, everything was neat and organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I had my son with me, and the store manager, Jessie, was so kind—she even gave my son a chocolate bar for a fundraiser (after asking my permission), which I really appreciated. She took the time to talk with us and was warm, friendly, and professional. Honestly, not even joking—this is the best Dollar General I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend! Disappointed to see some other comments…do not agree.”
“Clean. "0" trash flying around the parking lot. Employees were welcoming when you entered the store then appeared when you were ready to check out. While in the store shopping never saw another soul. It's like magic, appears ?on entrance then reappears ?on check out. I'm sure they always had at least one ?️?️ on ? me.”

“I’ve been to 1 Dollar General in my life and said I’d never go again….. Well I’ve been to this location twice in the past 8 months and plan to go again tonight – maybe 2nd and 3rd time is a charm?! I credit it to the staff who are always wonderful, very helpful and friendly! We have a home down the street and can’t say I’d try other dollar generals in the Triangle where we live most of the year (may be open to try the others in the coast-area) BUT as long as this location keeps the shelves full w great items, the high caliber of staff and customer serv remains, I’ll a customer for life – Never Say Never!”
