And they are so accommodating and patient with him! She took the time to build a relationship with my dog build up his trust and tolerance and now he does amazing! She knows his triggers and is receptive to what he needs. She always starts with the same paw because she knows if she does that one last he gets impatient/touchy, lol. We’ve been seeing them for 6+ years. I do not trust my dog with anyone else. We recently moved over 2 hours away and we still make the trip to Pawfections because the peace of mind, experience and relationship with them is priceless. They are flexible with scheduling and always go above and beyond to work with us and do what is best for our fur baby. 12/10 recommend.

My youngest has medium length hair and the groomer did a phenomenal job on her. I was nervous because she's never been without me and she was terrified, but the groomer worked so well with her. She looks like a million bucks! Couple days later we brought our oldest Dachshund for a grooming date and they did a great job on him as well.
I wish I could remember the names of the nice women I interacted with but unfortunately I cannot. 5 stars, highly recommend.

The facility is truly unique compared to any other veterinary practice I have visited. The soothing atmosphere, comfortable seating, and lack of typical clinical odors made a significant difference; my dog remained calm and comfortable throughout the entire visit.
I was referred to PVH for an emergency by my mobile veterinarian Dr Martin due to my dog's high anxiety and a potential paw fracture. Despite my dog's size at 106 pounds, PVH provided true VIP treatment and handled him with exceptional care.
I highly recommend PVH office and staff to anyone seeking high-quality veterinary care. Thank you!

Our appointment was for a simple vaccine and nail trim that took only a few minutes once we were seen, but we waited over an hour before being called back.
The staff was friendly, and I appreciate that they offered a $15 credit for the inconvenience. However, such a long wait for a very quick appointment was frustrating, especially since this hasn’t been our experience in the past. We value the care our pets have received here over the years and hope this was just an isolated issue.

I originally took my dog to a much more expensive clinic, but they turned him down for a routine exam and rabies shot just because of his size and appearance!!! They insisted on fully sedating him, which was totally unnecessary. The staff at Vetco were completely different. The front desk was very welcoming, and the veterinary team took him to the back and handled him great. They got his shot done immediately, absolutely no sedation needed!!! They were amazing with my big guy. Vetco officially has a customer for life, and I'll be bringing him here for all his future care!

He’s been kept for around 4 days. I was starting to lose hope, wondering if euthanasia was the only way to help him.. But ya’ll took great care of him and saved him ❤️
If he ever has another flare up (I hope not) and will need hospitalization, I’ll definitely come back!

They have a section for 18+ if you prefer to enjoy games and adult only space. Great wine and beer selection, something for everyone! We tried out the BBQ food truck while we were there , chefs kiss- we ordered everything on the menu for our group and everything was yummy!! We will def be back here with friends and for a date night!!
