They have a huge assortment of treats, high-quality food for dogs and cats, and just about anything you might need for your pets. The staff are super helpful and I love that I can shop a smaller store for our pets instead of wandering across a huge per superstore, especially when prices are comparable. I especially love how their return policy donates unused food to animal rescues and shelters.

My dog is a senior dog and she recently fell ill and I came here thinking I’d get what was recommended online, but a very knowledgeable sales worker directed me to something else that works perfectly for my baby girl. She has a sensitive stomach and itchy skin. With the new dog food she has no problem and her smelly gas has even stopped. I will forever choose Hollywood Feed. Lastly, the cost is not expensive for the ingredients.

I let him know that our dog has sensitive tummy issues and might not be able to handle the food, so I asked if they sold small sample bags to try out. He immediately said it was okay and that he would give me a sample to try and also reminded me to integrate it into my dogs food slowly to acclimate him! I thought that was so thoughtful of the employee and really made me know that he cared more about my dog's health rather than just a sale.The employee also let us know his favorite treats for hair and nail health, pointing us in the direction of some dried salmon bites and herrings! I got a couple of those to test out with our dog as we had been using an food oil previously.The environment of the store is very welcoming and overwhelming with the amount of products they have in store. It definitely feels like a one stop shop for all of your needs.

2426 Dunavant St, CharlotteWe had been told that our dog was not compatible for boarding by another facility. Our dog is not aggressive and well socialized. In fact his love for daily visits to the dog park are why we prefer boarding him over having someone watch him at our home.
Club Fetch had the notes from the other facility and chose to give our boy a chance. They sent daily report cards evaluating his behavior with photos and took excellent care of our dog. When I picked him up they said that he was an angel and was welcome to stay there anytime. Club Fetch gives us great peace of mind. We are so thankful to have a safe and loving place to care for our dog when we have to be away.

Dr. Breton Anderson and Mckenzie were wonderful in communicating and caring for our pet, and were able to do everything right there in the room - which I was thankful for. Some clinics whisk your pet away to a different area and you don't get to see what's going on. I hope Dr. Anderson and Mckenzie see this review because we are truly grateful and appreciate their service.

Julius, who is her trainer is fantastic. She’s going to be my PSA dog do to losing my husband the end of January to ALS. They fully trained her and did such a fantastic job and came highly recommended. I would really give Julius 10 stars if I could and the K9 obedience Academy. They really listen and focus on your concerns and work with your dog in such a way that it makes it so easy to follow through at home. I cannot express that enough. I would definitely use them again no questions asked and I plan on using them for the doggy daycare. They’re getting ready to move to a new location which is much bigger which I’m so excited for them, but they are fantastic no matter what age your dog is or breed I would highly recommend you giving them a try.❤

I've had retrievers all my life but ran into a problem with a young golden I just couldn't figure out. I boarded my dog with Brendan and he solved it and had the dog retrieving well and with high drive and joy. And the dog came home with wonderful obedience as well. Brenden did a great job training me on how to keep the dog improving, and providing a path for following up/continued training. Great for hunting dogs and obedience--highly recommended.

CharlotteOur THREE fur babies received excellent overnight care! While away for 5 days, we were continually updated with photos which was awesome as we missed our dogs so much. Our doggies were kept on their feeding, walking, and playing schedule. It can be uneasy to have a stranger enter while you’re away and even stay in your home but John took all those concerns away. He took the time out of his day to meet the dogs and become familiar with our home before staying overnight which really set our mind at ease. We thought it was a reasonable price for the quality of care our doggies received and would happily welcome Wags and Kisses back into our home the next time we are away.

He has worked with all of the trainers there, and while it takes him a bit to warm up to new people, he adores everyone at the Dog Wizard facility. I cannot say enough nice things about them and how they care for the dogs in their care.

We also went through the training program Andy recommended, and we’ve continued to see such a huge improvement in Turbo’s behavior.
One of the best things about Stardog compared to other dog daycares we’ve attended is their emphasis on well-behaved dogs. Because of that, we never have to worry about Turbo’s safety while he’s there.

We ordered the Vermont Maple Farm burger, the Jalapeno Popper burger, onion rings and fries. I'll start with the sides. The onion rings were golden, crispy and perfectly cooked. Great batter and flavor. The fries are home cut thinner fries which I love. Seasoned wonderfully. So tasty. Now for the stars of the show. First the Maple burger. 2 patties cooked perfectly on a wonderful bun. Meat was Seasoned nicely. A fried egg, Maple bacon all worked perfectly together. A hint of sweet on a great good sized burger. My favorite though was the Jalapeno Popper burger. I've tried burgers all over and until now my favorite was a wagyu burger in Tokyo at Shogun burger. Well this place has put America back on top. Two patties with a fried cheese chip, bacon, a cream cheese type blend, fresh cut Jalapeno and a red pepper type jam provide an explosion of flavors unlike any burger you've ever had. This thing is a masterpiece in the burger world. Everything tasted so fresh and you could tell it's made with care. Portions are great and the price is very good for the size, taste and quality. They have a menu full of items that sound amazing that I'll be back to try. Fish fry on Fridays and daily specials. Not everything is on the menu so read the signs at the register or ask the wonderful staff. Everyone from the people behind the counter to the servers bringing the food are so friendly and take great care of you. I cannot wait to return and cannot recommend this place enough. Give it a try!

Our server, Jasmine, was super nice and helpful when it came to service and questions. The food portions are good (and you can take home the extra food too!), the atmosphere has the perfect lighting, and everything is clean and tidy. Even the bathrooms are super clean and stocked (there's toothpicks!!!). Our experience here was amaaing, and I definitely recommend it.

Birdsong was an affordable ($20) Lyft ride (or $2.20 bus with a bit of a walk) from CLT. Great beers on tap, as well as seltzer, cider, wine and N/A options. And free peanuts in the shell! The portion was so copious, we just HAD TO order more drinks to make it seem fair. Dog friendly. 80s music in the background--totally our kind of place. A big shout out to Sara Kelly for making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and were just trying to get a feel for the place in our crazy cruise garb.

But when I need to get in touch with them, there is no way to reach anyone at the facility. I have had many issues trying to access my dog’s records or find out info about his vaccines. The only way to reach them is to go all the way there, because their phone number only takes you to 311 and won’t send you to their facility. I am having a hard time giving my new veterinarian info and I don’t live very close.
