I let him know that our dog has sensitive tummy issues and might not be able to handle the food, so I asked if they sold small sample bags to try out. He immediately said it was okay and that he would give me a sample to try and also reminded me to integrate it into my dogs food slowly to acclimate him! I thought that was so thoughtful of the employee and really made me know that he cared more about my dog's health rather than just a sale.The employee also let us know his favorite treats for hair and nail health, pointing us in the direction of some dried salmon bites and herrings! I got a couple of those to test out with our dog as we had been using an food oil previously.The environment of the store is very welcoming and overwhelming with the amount of products they have in store. It definitely feels like a one stop shop for all of your needs.

He gets so excited to go and literally whines to see all of his friends, human and furry alike. We also signed him up for training sessions, and the results have been immediate. I had some nervousness bringing him to daycare, but the staff helped reassure me and just seeing his excitement every day makes me so happy. He has utilized most of their services now and I could not recommend a better place for your baby. They were able to brush out all of his matts except his bottom (which they shaved). I only asked for them to remove the mats but they went above and beyond. The room had chirping bird sounds and they sprayed Feliway on a towel and draped it over the crate to calm our cat before being assessed. Dr. Breton Anderson and Mckenzie were wonderful in communicating and caring for our pet, and were able to do everything right there in the room - which I was thankful for. Some clinics whisk your pet away to a different area and you don't get to see what's going on. I hope Dr. Anderson and Mckenzie see this review because we are truly grateful and appreciate their service.

Shortly after I moved to Charlotte, my cat Palmer started showing signs of a UTI and I went into full panic mode as it was a Friday before a holiday weekend, I didn't expect to get in anywhere and I hadn't established a new vet yet, but we were able to come in same day! Ever since then, my two cats Palmer and Pluto have seen Dr. Fisher who is so wonderful. I am always so anxious bringing them to the vet, but she always explains everything so thoroughly, answers all of my questions, is so kind and honest, and I never feel like I'm being rushed in any way. I'm happy to know my cats are in such great care with the whole team here. Couldn't say enough kind words!

Our 10 year old German Shepherd with epilepsy had 24 hours of diarrhea- he’s on a lot of chronic medications for epilepsy and we were worried about insensible water loss leading to dehydration Dr. Meghan was wonderful- she ran a radiograph, administered SQ fluids, anti nausea medication, ruled out small bowel obstruction, and diagnosed with acute gastroenteritis, possibly colitis. She recommended a probiotic food, liquid medication ( pro biotic). And no regular food until this clears in a few days!
I am incredibly impressed with your care, kindness, compassion to our “old man dog Marlin”. He’s doing better Dr. Meghan.
As you can see, I’m a medical professional but with Humans. One of my dear friends Dr. Amy Kirkpatrick is also a Veterinarian. You all are absolutely lifesaving beautiful people!
The price was a bit high but honestly we EXPECT to pay that given an urgent care visit on a Sunday. It was well worth it! I highly recommend this incredible animal hospital. Mary Dore

From day one, it was clear that this program isn’t just about training our dog — it’s about training us, the humans, who work with her every single day. That made all the difference for us and for Cali.
Brian didn’t just teach Cali commands. He made sure we understood the “why” behind everything and how to consistently apply it in our everyday life with her. The graduation session was especially impactful — he walked through everything we had learned over the past two months and made sure we felt confident continuing the work with Cali on our own.
Anytime we had questions or concerns, Brian took the time to thoughtfully walk through them. He never rushed us. He asked deeper questions, helped us troubleshoot specific behaviors with Cali, and gave us practical solutions we could actually implement at home.
Cali absolutely loves him, and we’re so grateful we were paired with him. We truly feel like we have a completely different dog than when we started — but more importantly, we feel like more confident, capable owners.
Five stars isn’t enough. Brian is the best, and we’re incredibly thankful for the experience.

He is super smart, so they have helped me figure out to to beat interact with him and teach him new things. We have done basics as well as tricks, agility and some scent work. He has worked with all of the trainers there, and while it takes him a bit to warm up to new people, he adores everyone at the Dog Wizard facility. I cannot say enough nice things about them and how they care for the dogs in their care.

700 Nc Music Factory Blvd, CharlotteTurbo absolutely loves it here. The second we turn onto the street, he starts going crazy trying to get out of the car. Seeing how excited he gets when he sees Jarrell speaks volumes about the care and attention he receives while he’s at camp.
We also went through the training program Andy recommended, and we’ve continued to see such a huge improvement in Turbo’s behavior.
One of the best things about Stardog compared to other dog daycares we’ve attended is their emphasis on well-behaved dogs. Because of that, we never have to worry about Turbo’s safety while he’s there.

Wags N' Kisses Pet Sitting & Dog Walking
CharlotteOur THREE fur babies received excellent overnight care! While away for 5 days, we were continually updated with photos which was awesome as we missed our dogs so much. Our doggies were kept on their feeding, walking, and playing schedule. It can be uneasy to have a stranger enter while you’re away and even stay in your home but John took all those concerns away. He took the time out of his day to meet the dogs and become familiar with our home before staying overnight which really set our mind at ease. We thought it was a reasonable price for the quality of care our doggies received and would happily welcome Wags and Kisses back into our home the next time we are away.

3204 N Davidson St, CharlotteWhen my husband and I went on December 13th, 2025, we had a lot of trouble finding parking. Along with that, the power was out in the building, making it pretty warm in the kitty room. They also only had about 8-10 cats, if that. I’m hoping that meant the cats were just getting adopted faster than they were receiving them, but I’m not sure. The cats were pretty sweet, but many of them were scared/shy/hiding. I think the cats may have been overwhelmed and/or tired of people and being touched by the time we came in at 4pm, given that they have people at every hour. The staff were also very nice and kept the group of people for our time frame updated on what was going on with the power and A/C.

Inside Town & Country Ford dealership, 5401 E Independence Blvd, CharlotteFirst time to this cute little family-run place (in a car dealership!). Menu has nice options and even though they unfortunately didn't have any ice cream the day we visited, the baked goods on display looked delicious. Owners were very friendly and a young young man who was clearly new to the job was polite and thoughtful. Solid plates and metal utensils would be nice for dine-in customers, but that's my only suggestion. Also my 2 young boys loved looking at the race car in the entry foyer.

But when I need to get in touch with them, there is no way to reach anyone at the facility. I have had many issues trying to access my dog’s records or find out info about his vaccines. The only way to reach them is to go all the way there, because their phone number only takes you to 311 and won’t send you to their facility. I am having a hard time giving my new veterinarian info and I don’t live very close.
