“This is one of the liver malls still left on existence. They have a lot of stores, a large selection and it's clean. The bathrooms are probably the cleanest mall bathrooms I have ever saw. Staff are very nice and they several great restaurants. Parking deck is kind of confusing. This mall reminds meOf my teenage years and how malls used to be. I really enjoyed going to Perfume World where the staff helped me pick the best perfume for me. 5 stars for that store.”

“I love my bougie cousin! More times than not the customer service is top tier. Also, a very solid selection of frozen items and produce. My second favorite grocery sub sandwich (welp!). Typically, has really good sales. I mention all that to say, I love Publix! I generally shop here 2-4 times a month. This fills the gap that Aldi lacks, especially if I'm looking for a particular type of meat. The decor is clean, fresh, and tidy.”

“This is our local Harris teeter that we shop at every week. The parking lot is very spacious and there's always a spot to park. The pharmacy staff is amazing and is very knowledgeable with all of the prescriptions. The store is very clean and there's always someone ready to help. I love the experience every week of visiting here to get my groceries.”

“DRIVE-THRU ATM is Located at a busy section of parking lot which has consistent SLOW traffic as people search for available parking near restaurants, cleaners and other businesses. Unfortunately, the INSIDE ATM is accessed is much more secluded because it’s entry is INVISIBLE to the other businesses. The access door is really on the backside of bank. Although the INSIDE lobby is accessible via ATM DOORPAD kiosk 24 hours, BE very ALERT to surroundings as you park, enter or exit the inside ATM.”
“My parents have been long-time clients of FCB. I needed to help them with some banking/finance issues and Korrie Ward stepped right up to the plate to make sure everything was taken care of. She made everything easy and seamless and ensured all of their banking needs were being met. I've known Korrie for years now and she is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and has a servant's heart. If you need a good personal banker, her and her team will absolutely take care of you!”

“Just stopped by for a few things. They didn't have the facial cleanser I was looking for & they didn't speak when I first walked in. It was super dead, so why not? Anyway, I got my items. The store was pretty clean and tide. The refrigerators were kind of empty in the drink section which was weird. I didn't find the drinks I was looking for either. They need to stock up & the cashier needs learn how to welcome your patrons especially when she's just standing there twiddling her thumbs. I have something to return, so I hope to have a better experience then. If not, I will update this review.”

“This Food Lion is one of the better FL stores where I've shopped. Food Lion has stepped up their game when it comes to customer service and store appearance/cleanliness. I must give kudos to the store manager, Teresa who is swift to act when called upon. Most of the employees are efficient and friendly. The store, for the most part, always has what I came for.”

“I've been banking with Bank of America since I was a teenager and they bought out my local bank. I rarely ever have to go in to the bank since most of my transactions are done online or at an ATM. I've had to go in twice recently and had a great experience each time. The first time I had to head in to deposit checks under my son's name and Rob handled it at the kiosk right when you walk in without a problem. On my most recent visit my husband and I were setting up a safety deposit box. He had been in the week before and was able to make an appointment for our return visit. Our appointment was right as they opened at 9am and Denise took us right back. She was super friendly and helped us entertain our baby while we were going through the paperwork. Another customer walked in with us and needed help, since we had the appointment they were told they were on a 40 minute wait. Highly recommend making an appointment if you know you need to head in for a certain task that isn't teller related. I know other reviewers mentioned bad service, but we received nothing but stellar/friendly service from Rob and Denise.”

“I still do my important banking at this location even though it's no longer the closest branch to where I live. The level of professionalism and competence at WF Fairview Rd should set the standard for the company as a whole. Other branches aren't exactly bad, but just not as consistently good as this one. They have helped me with wire transfers, notarizing documents, opening business accounts, and fixing mistakes made by other branches--in addition to normal personal banking stuff.”
