411 Roland Ave, Surf CitySome of the best tasting lobster we've ever had. The rolls and bisque are phenomenal, with tender lobster meat and rich flavored soup. And of course the Whoopie Pies are a must. The staff is super friendly and engaging, getting to know us as we were visiting on a little mini-moon after our wedding and giving us recommendations for the area. It's also nice sitting out on the picnic tables enjoying your food outdoors. We can't wait to come back the next time we're at the beach.

I have been coming here since last summer and they're menu gets better each visit. The workers are so sweet and friendly. Not to mention the vibes are always on point!
They have an area for children as well as a conference room you can reserve a head of time for meetings or hosting a suprise birthday event. I love bringing my Mom-Friends here and see them and their little ones enjoy themselves.
If you are looking for a place to hang with friends (single or with little ones), to chill or to do work at, this is a great spot to come to!

Cool vibe, pet friendly and again, most importantly, good beer selections. Bees like Betio Blonde which is very unique and tasty to a wide range of IPAs. Her staff is phenomenal and there is a plethora of wonderful local artwork. But the real gem is the coffee and food!! I'm a coffee snob of the Nth degree. This is some of the best coffee I've ever had! Pat even took the time to show my son her collection of fossils. 100% will be back!

Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar
13460 NC-50 #101, Surf CityThe raw oysters, steamed crab, and shrimp was delicious! Savannah took really good care of us and was super helpful in deciding which raw oysters to pick. They had a St. Patrick's day event going on so I don't know if it's always that busy, but we still had great service. We will definitely be back the next time we come to visit.

The existing combinations of breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, and you can suggest your own combinations My go to is the Bunny with sausage, egg, cheese, spinach and tomato. I've only had good bagels. As other reviewers have mentioned, sometimes they are out of various bagel flavors (today it was everything at 11:30 AM . The place is small so it's takeout only. In the summer I call ahead so I can pick mine up right away. I have a feeling that it's aggravating to people waiting in line. The service is good with a lot of young folks working the line. Smoothly run.

In the 19 years I’ve been visiting Surf City I always come to the deli. I enjoy the breakfast just fine but I reeeeally enjoy the overstuffed sandwiches- which they are! Wish we had one of these in Raleigh. Let the haters hate- that’s what miserable people love to do.

Our server (Dana) was simply amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink items. We took her suggestions on everything and was not disappointed at all.
Dana checked on us constantly without being intrusive. Her attitude and personality really made our experience there so welcoming and inviting.
The portions were plentiful and the flavor of everything was perfect.
We had the blackened Yellowfin Tuna and Mahi Mahi as entrees.
The Key Lime pie was awesome the best I ever had.
