“My family recently switched from Walgreens to CVS after MULTIPLE issues with Walgreens here in Thomasville. I had one prescription filled here for convenience but typically use one associated with my job.That being said, immediately after my family switched (I pick up for them), I was impressed. No long (20-30 min) wait line at Walgreens, they always have sufficient staff there to handle the flood of prescriptions and customers and they are usually pleasant to work with.We’ve had to call a few times about some pre authorization issues and they’ve always been super helpful in guiding us and explaining the process.”

The manager and employee handled the situation very professionally. It takes patience to deal with some people and situations. Let's show them appreciation as we are in the days that not many want to do jobs that are demanding and fast paced.
