The man who answered the phone when I called was very kind and patient. Also, the doctor and assistant who had to put our sweet boy to sleep were very compassionate. I am very grateful for the way they handled the situation.

We celebrated my Aunt and Uncle’s anniversary there and couldn’t have picked a better place. I ordered the fried pork chop with eggs and home fries—every bite was pure comfort. Our whole table cleaned our plates, and the food came out hot and fresh in just about ten minutes. For two of us, it was only around $25, which is a steal these days. Friendly, welcoming, and downright delicious—Shep’s is worth making a monthly tradition.

We went down to Washington for a wedding and stopped at El Mariachi to watch a world cup game. We stayed for beers and food. Leslie was our bartender, but she was also the waitress for the dining area. She still provided great service. Beer prices were a great surprise, We had the nachos tex, they were great. The steak was tender and full of flavor. We had such a great time, we went back after the wedding the next day. Luis, Jackie, and Alexis all were amazing, very friendly and fun. The birria pizza was as amazing. Great flavor and loaded with meat. We're from Virginia, but plan on going back. Thank you to the staff for such a great experience!!! 🥰🥰🥰

1969 W 5th St, WashingtonThe best BBQ I've ever eaten. HH has catered 2 events for me in the last month and they were perfect. One was a corporate event and one was a family birthday party. I could not have made the food for the price I paid. They cooked the fried chicken and hush puppies on site. They rolled in with the pig cooker in tow and opened up the best whole hog BBQ ever! They are the most precious people you will ever meet.

1052 E Main St, WashingtonAte here today for the second time and again everything was great!! Valerie was our server she was friendly, smiling always and attentative! My son and I started with an app of mozz sticks and they came out rather quickly which was nice. My son ordered the Jacks "buffet" burger with island fries and he loved it! I went with jacks Cuban and their house made coleslaw and I as well loved my food! We were so full we had no room to try the funnel cake fries but thinking next time we will start with those! This place is great has a lot of outdoor seating which is where we sat upstairs and everything was just great! If you haven't been here I say go for it!!

It is delicious and flavor full now and I will go back highly recommend it. I went back there tonight for dinner and got the shrimp egg for Young and chicken wings and everything was just so delicious. I am so happy that there is a delicious Chinese restaurant here in Washington.

Our service was great and being able to sit in and learn the menu. And it was a family atmosphere and friendly folks. I don't get to go to Washington often, but I would not mind driving out there for this again.

I know I would have had the bubble guts after all of that. The server was nice. We tipped well because she truly deserved it. Me and my family will definitely be going back here.
