The owner offered a tour so we knew where our dogs would be - the space was clean and didn’t charge for extra to not have your dogs crated. The owner clearly loves and cares for animals and offered the best pricing we’ve seen and fastest turn around. They are responsive and schedule timely. I highly recommend and will be taking our dogs regularly going forward. Thank you Hugs & Kisses for the best experience for my doodles. The take home print out picture was the cherry on top!

1552 NC-24, NewportI highly recommend Aren’s Grooming. My dog Scuttlebutt recently went to see Aren, Samantha, and Austin, and he came home looking fantastic.
What I appreciate most is that they do more than just “get the job done.” They clearly care about the pets they work with, and that matters. Scuttlebutt and Atlas is happy to see them, and that tells me a lot. Pets are pretty honest critics. They don’t fake customer service reviews for a free keychain.
His groom looked clean, neat, and professional, and he came home comfortable and happy. That is exactly what you want from a grooming business.

The facility is kept clean and the dogs are kept comfortable, well-fed, and get frequent love, care, playtime, and walks thanks to volunteers & staff. All animals' medical needs are cared for and their wellbeing is always put first, which is great to see at a shelter. The shelter is very low-kill (exceptions when there is zero other option) and they do their very best to get each animal into a loving home.
