“I’ve trusted this shop with my Audi several times since moving to the area, and they’ve consistently done excellent work. Every time I’ve brought my car in, the staff has been professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about what needed to be done. They take the time to explain repairs, answer questions, and make sure the work is completed correctly the first time.
Some people might say they’re on the expensive side, but when it comes to a vehicle like an Audi, I’d much rather pay for experienced professionals than cut corners and end up with bigger problems later. You truly get what you pay for. The quality of the workmanship, attention to detail, and confidence they inspire are well worth the cost.
Finding a shop you can genuinely trust isn’t easy, especially for European vehicles, and I’m glad I found one. “Albert, Richard, and their crew SAVED me and my dear friend on our road trip. We broke down on 81 with a shaking car and check engine light after a botched tune up job the day before. Albert is a pro. They squeezed us in with no appointment so we could get back on the road to make it to the airport. He tightened all the loose bolts, broken plugs, and loose hoses. They took only the cash we had on hand as payment. LIFE SAVERS, THANK YOU ALBERT AND CO!”
“I never rate a business online and this review will sound like I am paid to post this . This is probably the best experiences I have had stemming from one of the worst I had. I purchased a low mileage lexus and four days later I hit a dear. It damaged the hood and grill. I replaced the grill myself and needed a paint and body guy. I found Phil ( owner) and Kim online. I stopped by for an estimate after getting an estimate from a few larger shops . They were very friendly and the vibe is what made me choose them. Price was competitive to others. I am glad I chose Tom's body . He color matched a 19 year old black lexus perfectly. He was able to repair the folded dent in my hood back to how it looked on the showroom Floor. Not to mention the after care. I scratched the hood cleaning it after a bird bombing . I called Kim a Lil frantical . She told me not to worry ,drop it off and Phil was able to make it look though it never happened. I was also told to bring it back if anything like it happens again . You don't find customer service like this anymore. 5 stars”

I was struck by their honesty and skill when they showed me a similar car needing the same repairs I did--totally restoring the front end and part of the engine from a crash. “Definitely recommend Jonah and his team. For starters they were all friendly and professional. We had planned to redo our bathroom ourselves but it was too much and we couldn’t find contractors that would take a job this “small”. Jonah worked with us to stay in budget, which I really appreciated. His team did a great job redoing our drywall which was in rough shape. They also did great laying tile throughout the bathroom. We live in an older home and the wiring was messy so they redid that and tucked it back in the wall for us. They installed our new vanity and helped us find a countertop that would work when ours arrived broken. A few other things came up that set us back but he was patient and understanding. Everything came out great!”
