“I love to grab a good bite to eat at the small restaurant that is a part of a convenience store and gas station. Operated by a local family who always has a kind word or smile for their customers. And I am not an expert but it's my opinion that they serve the best cheeseburgers and other menu items that are affordable and very tasty. Makes anyone who eats there satisfied and the store has whatever you need that you forgot to get in town. I can't remember a time when D&D wasn't the place to go and I am getting really old

“Locals call this gas station Green Dot I'm clueless as to why. I know they were taken over by new owners Shell I believe so the stores changed a bit but for the better in my opinion. There staff is always very helpful & kind to all it's customers. They also are very knowledgeable about the area & the surrounding area so they're great with helping those who need a little help to find their way to their destination. The store is always clean & stocked with all your basic items a gas station would have.”

“Ex-employee here, management and owner are both awesome people, they gave me a good chance but it just didn't work out. They were very fair and super patient with me. Both owner and manager are sticklers for cleanliness, never have I worked in a place run so well. You can rest assured you can come eat here and not get sick and it's really the only place for miles you can feel safe using the restrooms. They will soon be opening a restaurant in the other half and I look forward to eating there.”
“My family and I live in the neighborhood across the street from the gas station and I have to say that I love this place.
I know it’s not the nicest looking place from the outside or the inside, but the staff is really nice, whenever I’ve brought my toddler in there, they have been over the top in treating us with kindness.
They have everything you could need in there and I patron it frequently, big fan of this place.”

“Easy to get to, gas is the least expensive in the area, and mostly friendly staff. The only downside is that the gas pumps, though there are 4 of them, only offer space enough for 2 vehicles, one on either side, not 2 on each side. They are 2 close together to accommodate cars.”

“Sitting in the parking lot outside of the store, I wanted to Comment on pleasant experience, good attitude, cashier busy when the store wasn’t busy, And most importantly greeting when I walked in the door. Vern is the name to commend for a great customer facing demeanor. I can recognize one as I sold Porsches for 26 years.”

“Moderate-sized convenience store. Pleasant, helpful staff. For a few days, the pumps would not accept my fuel rewards info. Had to go inside to use fuel rewards. Today (2024-06-05) the pumps were back to normal.”

“My son had overheating issues traveling at night through that area. Found the garage on maps and left the vehicle there overnight. Returned the next day and spoke with the mechanic about possible causes. Suggested a quick fix to get the vehicle home.
Was very helpful and friendly.”
