They also took it upon themselves to store our roof mounted Kayak during the repair so the Jeep would fit on their hoist. Repair completed in a timely manor and job well done. I'll stay with this business if I need work done and I'll send others here as well, the workers are great as well and friendly, if you have any issues with anything that connects to wheels they will find the problem and fix it, the price of your life is more expensive than it is to repair a car, it's best to be safe than sorry”

“I brought my car in around 11 in the morning. I got a call back from the mechanic maybe 20 minutes after I drop the car off. The mechanic was very detailed and his explanation. I was able to pick my car up the same day and the mechanic found a a problem with my brakes made an adjustment for free. with my brakes. Made an adjustment for free and advise me to add advise me To keep in mind that I have 10% of brake lining left on the one we all that was affected by an interference problem. Very professional.”
“Jim & company really helped me out during my visit to Asheville. I trailered my motorcycle from Texas, and needed trailer repairs after the drive. Custom Exhaust was able to weld in some reinforcement that should last the life of the trailer. They did it quickly and for a very reasonable price. They really helped me out and saved my bacon. “While Traveling back home to Garner (outside Raleigh)from Bryson City our battery light came on. I Immediately called my mechanic who told me to find an autozone and have the alternator tested. We got to the Auto zone and it was a bad Alternator our Mechanic advised us that we needed to replace it immediately and to find a local shop. So I asked for a referral from autozone, And they recommended mountain view. Which was right down the street walking distance as my van was acting Possessed and lost complete power as we coasted in the parking lot in front of a bay. The fit us in timely and Wayne even drove to the honda dealership as I only wanted to use honda parts. You can imagine how stressed I was about this whole situation and the unexpected cost I had not plan on spending. But Mountain view was professional and Courteous to me in a very stressful situation. They were done in about 3 hours or less we actually got an uber to go explore the outlets to take our mind off of it while they were working on it. But I want to thank Mountain view for saving our day and getting us home safely. I don't think I said thank you but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for saving the day! I highly recommend this shop.”

“10/10 would recommend for mechanical issues. We were leaving to head back home (300+ miles away) when we noticed our car was pouring oil. Our insurance company called us a tow driver (Red from Asheville Wrecking also 10/10!) and dropped us here. It was Memorial Day so we were sure they wouldn't get around to even being able to look at it that day. But they did and they even got it fixed and us back on the road that evening! Also it being a holiday, getting an Uber was impossible so they sent their shuttle driver to pick us and he was such a nice man too! Especially since we were his last pickup of the day and he chose to stay later to do it. Judy was amazing and we're so thankful to her and the whole staff! Mechanic work is never cheap but considering it was a holiday and they got it out within 4 or 5 hours, I'd say it was exceptionally priced!”
