She has talked about it all day! Is was so great! It truly was. I was worried pulling in they would try to pitch us. Which I would if totally understood if they did. But they let us enjoy the time with our daughter! And visit with Santa. Gave her a free toy! It was awesome. All the staff was amazingggg!! Truly amazing! “Stopped into this T-Mobile location today in a pinch expecting to have to replace my older gen iPhone. I was traveling from out of state and the phone would no longer charge in the rental car. Noma was so nice and helped me determine a best option which ended up being a cigarette lighter adapter and that did allow me to charge my phone again. Very pleased with the experience overall.”

“All around good and very friendly Customer Service from what I experienced, now the only thing I would mention is that there was two people on staff, one of which was training and I have no problem at all, no bother in the slightest bit that things are moving a little bit slower than normal because essentially it was just one person working while the second was being trained and that’s wonderful. That’s how you learn. I had no problem there at all. I was in to replace and upgrading my screen protector, and the lady doing the training, walked away to help another customer while he was working on my screen protector, which was fine, however he ended up not knowing how to do it, again that didn’t bother me. He’s in training and still needed to learn that , the problem was he had started to put it on wrong, so she had to come over and take over, but at that point the process was already started so she had to put it on a different way, and then kept getting distracted and trying to help him process a transaction and they couldn’t just stay on task to finish putting my screen protector on, as I don’t want dust accumulating and I don’t want air bubbles. In the end she did a pretty good job, just two small air bubbles that are hardly noticeable so I’m not gonna really complain and she did offer that if I had any issues to bring it back and she would replace it, however I have free replacements anyway . She was very friendly and good at her job. I just think that you should stay on task and help the customer you’re currently helping and get that task completed first and accurately before moving on to another customer. Other than that great friendly Customer Service.”

“This location is easy to get to. When you walk in there is a kiosk to sign in. To be seen, you have to sign in to be put into the que. There is usually a line for this location. Most of the time they are efficient and get to you quickly. There is a kiosk in the back if you only have to pay a bill. The staff was polite and got.me signed up for a new phone. They didn't have it in stock but ordered it for me. They made sure I received the confirmation email and responed to it before I left.”

That is enough for Roblox, Coding, Minecraft, Game Development, Roku and a couple 75+ inch televisions blasting Titipo, Cocomelon and Bluey. Any major issues that cannot be resolved amicably and I am going back to Spectrum. But not bad so far.”
