What was different than previous times is the consultant were straight forward with other options available for the same price it would cost to replace the screen, educated me about the benefits of upgrading My phone,added necessary accessories for home and travel, transferred and All accounts to New phone. But here's the best part of all is that he showed patience and concerned, completed his task in a timely manner and the best of all I didn't feel like I've been taking for a ride by someone that just wanted to make a sell. Daman (Manager) and Dawn (Specialist) were absolutely amazing. They were patient, kind, and kept the conversation going the entire time, which made the experience so comfortable. I was working with an associate asking how I can get my bill lowered or I was going to switch and it was like he didn’t really care to dive deep to help me save as I was going to go across the street right after and head to spectrum he said ok and printed me off my pin to switch to get rid of me. BUTTT Victoria seen me standing at the door looking my app before I was about to leave she said wait how can I help you further and really dived deep in order to ensure I stayed a Verizon customer!”

“Giving Breezeline a try. So far no issues. My internet is pushing over 1000mbps. That is enough for Roblox, Coding, Minecraft, Game Development, Roku and a couple 75+ inch televisions blasting Titipo, Cocomelon and Bluey. Any major issues that cannot be resolved amicably and I am going back to Spectrum. But not bad so far.”
