“I had visited a Verizon store to talk with someone about upgrading my plan and possibly saving a few bucks each month while at the same time adding a phone to my plan for my son. I ended up at the Macedonia location.
I'm not very tech savvy and trying to decipher the Verizon bill is next to impossible for myself as well as trying to understand plan differences and which would be the best way to go without losing key plan advantages and also what Verizon could offer.
I sat down and talked with a salesperson by the name of Darrian and he couldn't have been more patient and more helpful in helping me to understand how he could help upgrade my plan and yet save money while getting a better improved plan.. He was very easy to talk with and was very patient with all the questions I myself as well as my son had. The entire staff at that store seemed to be very friendly and they all seem to have a good work team environment. Thank you so much Darrian for all your help.”

“I had a fantastic experience with this rental company during my recent trip to Cleveland. I was in town for a week to undergo surgery and begin my initial recovery, and they made the process incredibly smooth.
They arranged to deliver a recliner to my hotel, timed perfectly for shortly after I checked in. The team handled the setup efficiently and worked with us to schedule a convenient pickup before checkout.
Every person I interacted with—both on the phone and in person—was kind, professional, and extremely helpful. The delivery and pickup crew were especially great.

Best selection of cds ive seen in a very long time. Also has records, tapes (like vcr tapes), video games, figurines, miscellaneous novelty items, consoles, comics, etc.
Had a wide range of games and consoles, including newer issues of retro consoles, but also OGs. Saw switch, gameboy, n64, nes/snes. Ps1, ps2 and on. For sega, games I saw were primarily genesis but they had some.other consoles. I didnt see game gear or master system.
Got some tapes and I really like this place. I recommend but dont expect flea market /yard sale prices.”

It was the 4th store I visited before I actually got good help even though I've been with Metro for 10+ years but ya'll trust me on this. Ameer will look out and bless you. The store is always well-organized, they have everything I need in stock, and if I need help someone is always there to assist me. “I bought a phone on Saturday and changed carriers from AT&T to Verizon. I was having issues with receiving text messages and emails. I called Verizon and they said the set up was incomplete and they needed the AT&T transfer PIN. I went to the AT&T store, and was on hold and on the phone with AT&T for over 40 minutes. Finally, they said they couldn't help me. UGH! SO.... I went to Best Buy, where I bought the phone, and was really angry by that time. Michael was awesome. He calmed me down from actually wanting to be THAT woman, and he was so patient. He called both Verizon and AT&T, and between all 3 of them, my phone is up and running again. I really appreciated Michael's kindness and calm attitude. He's definitely an asset to this location. Thank you.”
